Burger UrWay, Brooklyn NY

Very disappointed in my lunch today, food was cold and sloppy; I feel like this was done on purpose. These people smile when taking your order but they are not friendly. Today will be the last time I eat at this place because of the customer service and food quality. We don't have many food choices in the area where I work walking distance but I'll rather bring lunch or walk to Myrtle for better options. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone going forward.

This place is amazing. The food is out of this world! I can't tell you how amazing the burgers are, so go taste for yourself LOL.

This is the last time I’m coming here. How can you yell at someone for asking them to repeat an order you mess up TWICE! If no customers come into your business can it stay open? How do you justify blatant disrespect for something coming out of MY POCKET you didn’t give it to me for free

They were nice enough to replace my meal. I had originally ordered jerk wrap but it was very spicy. I have high spice tolerance but this jerk wrap was too spicy after just one bite. The chicken empanada was good.

Workers are great, but clearly are understaffed and management needs to hire more! They had one employee cooking, taking calls and also taking orders with a line of customers. The employees are doing all they can but need more help.

Waited an insane amount of time for a burger after ensuring with them that I would be quick as I was on a tight lunch break

2/21/2023 Went here to order the 2 for $7 burger special i had 2 turkey burgers on the wheat roll they also have chicken and beef burgers. The burgers were very flavorful and fulling i only ate 1 and save the other for the next day. I while back i used to order there wings but i haven't in a while but they were nice since wings and they had a lot of flavors to choose from for sauce

I’ve been eating here for a few years. Im happy nothing has changed. Food is still fresh and tasty!

My go to spot in brooklyn. Loved their food, hospitality and the ambiance. Staff is nice and friendly. Good job guys.

I don’t know what these bad reviews are all about, but Burger UR way is great. It’s my one stop shop for everything - if I’m feeling for a salad, a taco or a burger or something else. Their food and service is always great. Yeah, it get busy sometimes and you’ll have to wait, but that’s because the food is great and cheap. So you’ll have to wait your turn duh! Keep up the good work guys.
