Good inventory, but HORRIBLE customer service. Not only can you never figure out who is an employee in the store, but this place has the absolutely longest lines I've ever had to be on during the day! There is def no reason why such a large store would have so very few employees working here, especially so slow! It's PAINFUL!

Really great bargains. Helpful staff despite being clearly overworked. But spending over an hour in the line to be able to pay for those bargains.seriously? There are something like 23 registers, but only about 8 of them were open last night. I got in the line around 8: 15 pm, and the exit time on my receipt is 9: 21 pm.

I never had complaints because usually the staff is amazing. The store is well kept. Not today, The bathroom was upside down a total nightmare. I try to speak to one young lady employee and she just screamed out that she was on break talk to somebody else. This time I looked for A. Manager he covered his name tag and told me to find a maintenance. I want to just run out of the store but I was with my mom that suffers from glucoma so I found maintenance and I asked him for bathroom supplies tissue and soap to wash your hands. He said something under his breath rolled his eyes and then he walks away. Management on Wednesday 6/16/21 evening was horrible.

This location is very popular for that sometimes is crowded with people with a long line to pay, but it's worth it for its very competitive prices

Im 5 month pregnant, i was sitting down on the shoe arial how a employee tell me to get up from where i was sitting bc i was not tryin no shoes but i had a car full of baby stuff this is not human if im sitting is bc my back was hurting! No respect no care for cuatomers!

One of the worst store to shop, go there if you want to waste your time long lines, not to mention if you want to do a return you have to join that long line twice, if you ask a question you gets an attitude, they don’t see the amount of companies going out of business it’s not only COVID the reason it’s also bad customer service and bad management pertaining to store policy

I had one of the worse experience over there which is rare. Usually, I love shopping there because the staff is amazing but there was one staffer by the name of David or Dave who was so rude and mumbled most of the time. I had difficulty understanding him and he immediately acted inappropriately. Now, I’m an older person and I was scared something physical was going to happen, so I left as quickly as possible. I haven’t been back since, but hopefully when my children come back to town, I can shop there again.

End of my xmas shopping at Burlington.great staff.i picked up few stuff for my family and headed home.

The employees are great, kind. I went in for an interview according from their confirmed email & now they're telling me that they're not hiring till February 2021. + They told me that I don't have experience, which is true, yet isn't this company suppose to train/ give opportunities to newbies? So basically I got worked up for nothing. But at least they saved my spot for "consideration", ok? Still bummed out.

It is 8.59 pm just 1 min before closing I go to restroom before leaving. Security with accent stopped me to go out. It is not possible to explain I need to visit it before quickly. They are closed already. New York is crazy at this time.

The management at the door is terrible, they let people get in before you when they didn't even joined the line. And on top of that they side with those people instead of giving the right to the people that were waiting on the line. So you are all notified.

Very great stores. Great prices.very clean. Lady's at the registers. Very nice. Lady's at the floors. Not to pelite.very grumpy.they have most. Everything u need.thanks.

Reported theft to the police for grand larceny. Manager refused to disclose surveillance camera to the police department.

Keep your items at your waist. The people who shop here are poor class. They unshamefully shoplift and steal things out of your cart (including your purse!) if you're not looking. I never stepped foot into that cursed warehouse again.
