Burlington, Cheektowaga NY

They had a lot of different clothes that I haven't seen at the Burlington in my hometown, the workers there seemed very friendly but stressed out because there were shoplifters running out the store when I was there

Was excited to visit on my trip from Canada but couldn’t believe what a disaster it was. I understand a good bargain and was definitely not expecting an upscale store, but this place was lacking the bare necessities of cleanliness and organization. Saw clothes with rips and stains on the shelves (and floor), honestly probably would have gotten better quality stuff at a thrift store. I’ve worked in retail so I try to be understanding but honestly what do the employees here even get paid to do? Not asking for the world, just some basic upkeep. Not worth your time

Line way too long, no customer service desk for exchanges. Shoes and clothes all over the floor and sizes not tagged correctly. Bad disaster! I loved this store once before!

This place needs new management! Clothes everywhere specially the mens area, nothing is where it supposed to be and u can't find absolutely nothing half the time. This place should get shut down. Do not shop here shop online!

Awesome collection of clothes and shoes. Some real good stuff at dirt cheap prices and good quality. Need some eye for detail while you pick up.

They don’t care completely. Customer line huge but they are buys to organize the back log staffs. Just pay 1 hour wait

As a cross-border shopper, our most recent visit left little to be desired. The appearance of the store was shocking, with more items on the floor than on display. Had to leave the cart behind several times as there was no floor space available. Slim pickings and lack of organization of what was available. The fitting room was open, which was the ONLY plus. Fared much better at another location.

Yeah they have a very good brand names maybe not the latest but they do have Calvin Klein Tommy Hilfiger and the rest of the brand names and it's a lot cheaper than anywhere else it's like 1/3 of the real price

Always love shopping here. Even with the conversion from USD to CAD, I loved the deals they had!

Man, you need staff to fix the mess. Shoes were all over in the show isle. In pants isle, all dress skirts were held and in all large section, all small medium size clothes were held. I have never such such a mess. I love burlington for the collection of clothes they have and the cheaper price they charge. I am a loyal customer but last night i found itso hard to find something. It looked as if someone robbed the store.

Burlington is unique in offering a variety of options for unbelievable prices. This particular store though is very messy and disorganized. Needs more cleanup and things being put in the right places.

Go at your own risk. And if you're handicap don't go at all. Clothes and sneakers practically litter the ground of the whole store its terrible

Echoing many of the recent reviews of this place. Most of the store is disorganized and seems like a hurricane & earthquake ran through the place.

I used to love shopping here.

As many people have noted, Burlington used to be great (pre-pandemic?). But now it's horrifying. Everything is everywhere. The beauty section was a disaster zone (other crazy zones in photos attached).
Due to the mess it's impossible to find anything. But also, I think that the quality has gone down. There used to be more brand name clothing.
It's also a health and safety issue. Slip, trip, get suffocated between women's dresses.

I don't think I'll ever go back.

I made the unfortunate mistake of coming into the store today to get a pair of sneakers for work. Needless to say the whole entire store including the shoe department was a disgusting mess. I have never seen the store in such a disaster. The store needs to be shut down. There's no excuse for this!

I use to love shopping at this store, but not anymore. The inside looks like a hurricane came through. Items thrown out on the floor in every isle and boxes opened and thrown on the floor. Terrible and no attempt to clean up the place. Just pitiful.

Well quite disorganized but overall okay, price was right but have a few hours to search for everything because it is not easy you have to be on a search and find mission everything is everywhere so have a list and move slowly as it's literally like a disorganized closet and we'll shoes are with shoes
But make sure you check the package as I found my size but someone stole a pair of boxers out of the bag when it reads 'do not open" people have no respect. I used to love this store I don't know what has happened to it?

If you live nearby, you’re in luck! Playing “The Floor is Lava” is not an issue here. Gotta love digging through piles and piles of garbage to find your own personal treasures. The True Burlington Experience! 10/10! Will shop again!
