Almost through out from the store! We were in within the business hours on Saturday (04/22) but we couldn’t get what we were looking! She pushed me n my wife to the long queue by screaming that they are close! We live near by that store and very frequent shoppers! Disappointing!
This is the worst Burlington store ever.everything is on the floor. They only have two registers open with a very long line. When asked for a manager they employee says the manager is in a meeting or is busy. They’re very rude
This store straight looks like a dollar tree you should be ashamed to even call yourself a business, oh and please don’t start me with the lines that’s crazy 30 mins-1hour then cashiers have the audacity to say well if you don’t want to be in that long line to come when it opens how dare you cashiers having personal conversations you really think that’s nice people also have to come back cause they forget to take off alarms like hello
The worst Burlington ever don’t go there the service is terrible and the employees are rude & they talk allot. The store is dirty with things all over the floors in need of better management. Only 3 cashiers bin in the check out line for 3 hours. The worst!
Has to be one of the worst locations! Always so messy there's merchandise just thrown everywhere and the lines are always ridiculously long.
Worst store ever when it comes to line wait. There are only 2 or 3 registers open while other employees walk around and the line curves around the store. They do not care about customer service at all.
Lines too long and the cashiers keep leaving their post I actually stood in line for over an hour
Great selection of items to choose from and amazing deals, but omg the line wait? Horrendous. I shouldn't be waiting 1 hour just to buy a couple things.this time I really wanted the item I was buying which was why I was willing to wait, but never again will I be visiting this store unless it's when they first open. That's most likely the only way I'll be able to avoid a 1 hour long line.
On line to pay for my item and spent 40 minutes on the line! Over 15 customers with 2 registers open. Store was unorganized and everything was thrown around. Will never buy from this location.
The store has great prices and you can shop for the whole family and your home all in one place. It’s unfortunate the lines can get really Long due to shortage of workers but as a shopper/employee we workers strive to keep the lines moving as quickly and accurately as we can. I enjoy working with the customers and try to have AnyOne that leaves my register leaving with a smile and feeling of being respected and heard.
