Terrible service, they have no respect for the customer.
We have more than an hour waiting in line.
There is a line of more than 150 people and only three cashiers working.
Horrible.

I Love this place!
I always get a bunch of clothes there. Prices are unbeatable for what you get. Totally recommend.

Well I thought the store was great, much better than other branches I've seen around N. Y, very clean and lots of merchandise. Also good if you just landed at JFK and you got nothing to wear

Absolutely disgusting that you need to wait on line for an hour to give a business your money. That’s unacceptable…. This needs to be addressed immediately. That’s why online shopping is destroying brick and mortar. I rather pay more money if I don’t have to sacrifice the opportunity cost of utilizing my time to stand in a line.

Most disgustingly dirty place ever. Everything is scattered throughout the queue for one kilometer, three cashiers work. The rest pretend to work. I did not buy things here because there are no extra 2 hours to stand in line.

Clothes are priced fairly low but you can find treasures like designer items. Sometimes you find nothing but worth a look.

Really nice and organized. Unlike other branches, this one is a go to if you don't want to face messy racks and chaotic atmosphere that make your shopping experience a burden. The only complain is that they need to have more cashiers for a faster process.

Although you can find some bargains and pretty good merchandise assortment, this location has a policy of no more than 2 cashiers. This means extra long lines and spoils the experience.

Great place to shop but the line is always ridiculous! Making me dislike shopping there, can't afford to be spending 1-2 hrs in line just for one item. Time is money!

Love this location I come here twice a week yes I know crazy but I love the deals and I love to shop. Only thing y’all need to hire some more cashiers especially in the am I always wait on line more then 10 minutes.

I recently visited the Burlington clothing store with high hopes of snagging some great deals. While the store did offer reasonable prices on their merchandise, my overall experience was nothing short of frustrating and time-consuming. The long wait times and inefficient service overshadowed any potential benefits.

First and foremost, the issue that immediately caught my attention was the never-ending line at the checkout counters. Despite the presence of a seemingly ample number of cash registers, only a fraction of them were operational. It was bewildering to witness around 20 cash registers and realize that only four of them were open at any given time. This blatant lack of staffing and poor management led to an agonizingly long wait of 45 minutes. Spending almost an hour in line is simply unacceptable in today's fast-paced world.

The absence of an organized queue system further exacerbated the problem. Customers were left to fend for themselves, jostling and maneuvering their way through the chaotic crowd. It was frustrating to witness the disarray and complete disregard for customer convenience. Surely, a store with such a reputation should invest in efficient systems to handle the influx of customers during peak hours.

The frustration of waiting was further compounded by the indifferent attitude displayed by the store staff. The employees seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, making little effort to expedite the checkout process or offer any form of assistance to the customers. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the staff, which is deeply disappointing and discouraging.

While the store's competitive prices are certainly appealing, the inefficiency of the Burlington location I visited makes it difficult to justify returning in the future. The prospect of navigating long queues and encountering uninterested staff simply isn't worth the potential savings. With the vast array of alternative shopping options available, it's crucial for Burlington to recognize the importance of providing an enjoyable and hassle-free experience to their customers.

In conclusion, my recent visit to Burlington clothing store left me thoroughly disappointed. While their prices may be attractive, the extensive wait times and lackluster service overshadowed any potential benefits. It is my sincere hope that Burlington management takes immediate action to address these issues, improving the overall customer experience and regaining the trust of dissatisfied patrons like myself.

Prices are great, selection is great but the lines are so, so long and there's no self-checkout at this stage.
