RUDE & INEXPERIENCED STAFF /MANGMT. CLOTHES ALL OVER THE FLOOR. DIRTY SHELVES /FLOORS /ESCALATORS. I SEE MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE ON LINE AND THERE ARE ONLY 3 CASHIERS. THIS IS ON A DAILY BASIS. CUSTOMERS LEAVE THEIR MERCHANDISE AND WALK OUT. JUST CHAOTIC!

Large multi floor store offering elevator and escalator service. Outerwear, clothing, footwear, jewelry, accessories, housewares, a wide selection of items. Checkouts are quick and cordial. Does get very crowded at times, so hard to find items may truly be hard to find.

A lot of disorder, few work staff, the stairs do not work and it is terrible when paying at the cashier.

The place is nice good deals, but The major issue is that they need more staff work in the register the line is ridiculously long and only four people running the register. I don’t understand they have 16 cash registers and only four is open. The line moved Very slow. They need higher more staff to run the register because this is not the first time me coming in here. Every time I come in here is the same thing, TJ Maxx and Marshalls is never like that whenever they see a long line they will cost staff up that knows registered to ring so the line can go down, But based on looking around, I don’t even see much staff on the floor so that really means they need to hire more people I’m sure Burlington is making enough money to afford that

One row of registers in the entire store. The lines wraps around 10 x. It's a nightmare!

I had to pick up a Secret Santa gift for my co-worker. I got a really nice grooming kit set for $19.99. The story was crowded, naturally, and a little messy. The line moved pretty quickly, though. Good customer service and a pretty good experience over all; especially considering it's the Holiday season.

The worst thing is that they have a line of people of 80 people and they open two registers. This is the worst of all.the managers can't even see themselves organizing the workers.

When it comes to paying, the customer has to wait in line for 2 to 3 hours, holy God, and what a lack of cristeros and respect for customers, they are more aware, like one with CHILDREN from 2 to 3 years old waiting in line for so long, they are only more efficient. They have 3 cashiers to collect that is embarrassing and embarrassing.

Not bad. Price is cheaper than other store, but for the same product it is difficult to find the all size. And all the floors are messed up. Unorganized.

Omg! This is the worst Burlington I've ever visited. It's like a jungle sales market, sorry but I'll keep going to Burlington but not at this location. And if you know anything about Burlington, they have everything but in this location in Jamaica Queens you can't find anything it's very disorganized, and 3 long lines to cash out than 300 customers waiting in line to cash out with only 3 or 2 cashiers it's a hot mess not to mention the security is also rude maybe it goes with the quality of the store it's a package.

Yes check out lines are very long and it takes too much time to check out work on that and wheel chair accessibility is not available because only escalators no elevators!

It seems as though businesses don't really like the people in Queens and so they make no special effort to create an ambiance in their stores to attract customers. I wanted a plastic container to store some food stuff and I kept forgetting to pick stuff up when I visit Brooklyn. So I walked into Burlington when I got up the first floor I was aghast when I noticed the layout of the store. As you arrive at the top of the escalator you're confronted with shelves of frivolous stuff- nothing appealing I reluctantly walked in. Stuff were all over the store. To the left were racks of make up items and other 'stuff'. I walked about trying to find a staff member to direct me to where the containers were- I forgot that was my second visit because the first visit one security guard told me I would find it behind some area from the rows in front of me. There were no such shelves. I returned on this particular day to make another attempt to find these containers because I was desperate.
On this visit after checking the isles of the first floor I went to the specific floor. I searched but there were none in the location of the house accessories. I tried to find help no one was available. I encountered a security guard chasing a Mexican kid out of the store- he seemed to have been stealing stuff. The store is so congested. As I walked about to see if the containers were beyond the household stuff and probably with the laundry stuff. I encountered another pile of mess there were toys and boxes from toys spread over the floor about a stretch of 40m. I couldn't find any place to walk. I just hissed my teeth and headed for the elevator. I was glad to me back in the streets because it seemed much palatable and safer than Burlington environment.
I haven't been back since. If you like crowed, and disorganized shopping then Burlington, Jamaica Avenue, Queens is your best bet- why anyone would want to shop there, beats me! But everyone there seemed so at ease! Sad!

This store is not well organized. Clothes are littered on the floor, the cashiers are not many. There is always a long queue. There is no fitting room.
