The best eye doctor I've been too. Very thorough exams, they even did tests I haven't had done before and I've had glasses and contacts for about 20 years.

My husband and I both had our eye exams and picked out new frames and lenses. I can't say enough good things about our experiences. The Doc explained everything as he was doing the exam, and he not only checked our vision, he evaluated the health of our eyes. All of the opticians were wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. And the office pup is just about the cutest little thing I have ever seen!

Burnt Hills Optical is awesome! After having a recently horrible experience at another optical business I called Burnt Hills they got me in quickly. The optican was very thorough in giving me an exam and explaining everything. The imaging was intersting to see what is going on and to understand eye health. The service was more than 5 stars.this is a business that takes pride in their work and their customer. THANK YOU!

Went there for the first time the other day as they were one of the few places covered by my insurance that were not booking weeks or months out.
I'm glad I went! Their entire staff is professional, kind, and helpful. They treat you more like a person than just 'a customer. ' I was also surprised by their nice selection/variety of frame styles. I would definitely recommend.

Just got my new glasses because my eyes got worse, and i was sitting up watching tv and they snapped in half for no reason. I had a similar experience with 3 pairs of glasses from here and counting. Thanks.update: they replaced them and the same thing happened.don’t go here.don’t buy your glasses from here, i’m switching my doctor.thanks a lot.

What a great place! After many years without the need I had to break down and get real glasses due to my aging. Decided to skip eyeglass supermarkets like VisionWorks and seek a local provider with real professionals and decided to try BHO. So glad I did! Kristen, Dave, Dr. Craig, and Grace were wonderful to deal with and I got a very good deal. I highly, highly recommend BHO for your eyeglass needs.

Surprised their are not more reviews here. I went here when I had some balogne insurance and every place I called (8+) did not except my insurance. They booked my appt within a few days. I arrived earlier then scheduled, immediately greeted on entry and the staff began my appt before I could sit down. I was in and out with a new prescription literally fast. Dr. Was informing and the practice overall was organised, clean, well staffed.anothe date, soon after I went for contacts and again perfect scenario. The staff that helped me made sure to express the need to remove contacts for b4 sleeping. Usually the place that takes my insurance just don't care about much, and are 125% overbooked 7/ days per week. Excellent experience wish it was always this way.
