Burrito Blvd reviews
18A pretty good burrito and an overall great restaurant with decor and vibe. I love burritos and I would definitely come back. Possible improvements- they should steam the shredded cheese on the tortilla when they steam the tortilla (not sliced cheese). And on less busy days they should cook the marinated carne asada and onions/peppers on order instead of pre cooked.
First time at this location since they took over Subway’s old location. The location is unrecognizable. PLACE LOOKS GREAT! Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Portion sizes were out of this world and the zucchini is a must try on your burrito or in your salad. 6 stars!
For $10, not very impressed. Tastes like a maybe healthier (see: blander) Chipotle. I do like big flavors though. The chicken is cooked well, but just not interesting. Portions are roughly same as Chipotle. I believe they charge 50 cents for chipotle mayo or Serrano sauce.
Awesome and flavorful food, I loved the character the spot has, and the cashiers were helpful. Will definitely come back.
This place is incredible! Same concept as Moe's and Chipotle, but the ingredients are much fresher. The staff is super friendly as well! You won't leave here hungry!
Great tasting food since they buy from the local supermarket down the block. Quantity is great and you will walk away feeling full and satisfied. It's "downtown" mineola so parking may be scarce.
Excellent local burrito stop. Easily rivals Chipotle, I would rather eat here in fact. But no brown rice here - yellow rice, very tasty.
Excellent service, quick and efficient. Chipotle quality but better because its a small business. Support small businesses!
Well the big chains have met their match. My burrito tasted a lot fresher and despite being the same size as the ones offered by the big chains, I did not leave here feeling like I was going to explode. The prices are just slightly cheaper and they offer free wifi. They play some pretty awesome 80's hits, and the seating is kind of like that of a beer garden; long communal tables. I believe you can also order their food through the popular delivery services.
The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. The staff is really nice. The food is delicious especially the shrimp and steak. The empanadas are yummy too. Barito Boulevard is a little expensive.
This food is terrific. A great place to sit in also - good tables, spacious, decent music. There's wifi and I enjoy camping out a little after eating.
Delicious burritos! Chicken and steak! Ordered take out.yum. Do not recommend the chips and salsa though.
This is like a make shift chipotle. Everything tastes good except for the guac and the tacos. I personally don't like corn tortillas, they are tasteless. And the guac had no flavor.
Fresh prepared ingredients makes these burritos so delicious! They stuff them to the seams and you get more than your money's worth. Or favorite burrito place in Mineola!
So this place was pretty run-of-the-mill burrito place. The food was decent but the selection was meh, and the price was high for a place without a brand name. Overall there is probably better options in the area unless you really really need your taco fix.
Food was good. Place was clean and convenient. Service was quick and friendly. Reminded me of Chipotle. A little on the pricey side.
Don't be fooled by the sketchy exterior, this place it legit. And they don't over salt their food like most places do.
This is about as far as you can get from Mexican food and still try to call it Mexican. The food is OK for a quick lunch but pre-made and pre-cut up 'carne -asada' over some lettuce does not a salad make.
