I have been buying vehicles here for 20 years. They price their vehicles to make sure they are lower than their competition's and the people you deal with throughout the buying process are like friends/family. I most recently worked with Mike Polczak in trading my 2012 Grand Cherokee for a 2020 Grand Cherokee. Everything went very smoothly, and Mike even facilitated some upgrades I wanted for the new vehicle for me. What more could you ask for while buying a vehicle?

I feel I need to write this review due to a negative one some years back. I leased a new Durango about a year ago. I received a recall and my car was not effected and they took it in for a short check out that was fast. I am impressed with the facility and high tech notifications. What a difference a few years can make. Giving customers free car washes are also great gives you the feeling of getting something for nothing. Even the coffee was good Keep up the good work.

My family and I were traveling through the area to attend a funeral and needed emergency service on our Chrysler Pacifica. Not only did the service department get us right in, they treated us with incredible kindness and respect. Thank you all, especially Brad W, for saving the day! You restored heat to our vehicle on the coldest day of the year and got us safely back on the road in no time at all. We truly appreciate all of your help!

I went to Burritt Motors looking to purchase a new vehicle. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales professional Mike Polczak. He went over all the info on the truck I was interested in and had me out for a test drive within a few minutes. After the test drive, he went over the best deal they could give me and was honest, upfront and non-intimidating. After evaluating my trade, we were able to come to a deal. Mike Polczak went above and beyond by coordinating with parts and service departments to make sure the vehicle had a factory brake controller installed before I picked up the vehicle several days after the deal. Overall a great experience and I recommend Mike for all your vehicle purchases.

I cannot recommend Mike Polczak at this location enough. He is very helpful through the whole process and even after you drive off the lot he ensures you are satisfied and still offers help if anything is needed. I will be recommending family and friends to him.

I purchased a ram with 20k on it I love the truck it’s great! However their communication is horrible I only have one fob that works out of two given to me. It was brought to their attention the first week of purchase and yes I replaced the battery no connection at all does not work!
Here we are 2 months later. They took two weeks to get the truck ready for me causing me to make a 500$ payment on my trade and now no reimbursement. They lost the check in the mail for the pay off! So they decided to send the new updated amount that included my safety payment to cover myself which potentially screwed me. I’ve called 3x today left a voice mail and nothing yet. I won’t buy from them again!

We made an appointment three days in advance to come look at a truck after the dealership reached out to us to make an appointment. Drove an hour to said appointment only to find out the sales manager had taken the truck we had an appointment to look at home for the weekend. After stating that we had driven hour to come see the vehicle, without missing a beat the sales person asked if we could come back another day and acted as if this wasn’t a big deal. Accidents happen but after having my time wasted I’m really disappointed with the service we received, the lack of attention to important details and the lack of professionalism. I would not trust them enough to buy a vehicle or finance with them if they can’t even keep track of where their vehicles are.

I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Compass Latitude. I love it! Mike was awesome…very professional, thorough, and answered all my questions with ease. It was a great experience. Highly recommend him.

I purchased my second vehicle yesterday from Burritt. I choose Burritt the first time because of selection, now looking for a second one, they again had the best selection of used Jeeps at a better cost than other dealers. My first jeep had to be serviced and I quickly learned their service department is top notch. I was greeted with a smile, told exactly what would be done, given an approximate time of finish, offered coffee, was taken to waiting area and kept apprise of the work. Their service department is one of my main reasons for returning. I have never been treated more "royally" as I was there. I live an hour away from Burritt but would not buy a vehicle elsewhere. They are honest, friendly, willing to go the extra mile to get what you want, at a price you need and do not pressure you into anything. Highly recommend!

Brought my truck in for warranty repair. I had an issue with my tail lights. I had multiple videos of the issue reoccurring, and showed the service department the issue. Well when they got it in the shop, they claimed that they could not find the issue and that they went through 10 plus connectors on my truck and nothing was found. I got my vehicle home for a day, and it started again. I posted my issue on a Ram Forum, and a a gentleman at a different dealership reached out to me and told me to bring it in to the Ram dealership he works at. This guy found the issue within an hour. Needless to say, Burrit service department is full of lies if you ask my opinion, because with the amount of time they had my truck. They did not do as much as they say, and clearly did not give any time into putting in effort to take the extra step. Bravo to this guy that messaged me and went above and beyond. Burrit has a great sales team, but service is terrible. My business will be going elsewhere at this point.

This was one of the best experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. Started with my salesmen Mike Buskey all the way through Burritt moters. I purchased 2 vehicles for my family and also set 2 more people that purchased a vehicle. I will keep sending and telling people what an incredible experience we had at Burritts.

After talking with four different new car stores and getting jerked around, I finally decided to give these guys a call being almost two hours from my house I didn't want to travel that far. And I am so very pleased that I made the call to them. The two hour drive was far less painful then working with other dealers! They got right o the point and gave me a fair deal without haggling for hours on end. When I arrived Mike greeted me at the door and had everything ready for me. I was in and out within an hour. Make the trip to Oswego ask for Mike and thank me later!

I worked with Sarah Corsivo to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. She was very patient and informative with my inquiries into the vehicle and the current market for used cars. This was extremely nice particularly given the current supply issue with used cars at the time during the Covid-19 pandemic. She allowed me to test drive all the vehicles and was very responsive via email or phone for follow up regarding the purchase.
