Called for a price, salesman said he’d call me back and never did.called atlas fence and they took great care of me.
We just had a black chainlink fence put in by Butler and think it turned out great. I got quotes from places all over the area and they were way under everyone else. I was hesitant to go with them based on reviews and even went on fb to ask what others thought. I’m glad we decided to give them a shot. Our salesperson very very responsive and kept us updated. The guys working were early every day they said they would be there which was great for us. It was recommended but others online that we be there for the install to make sure there were no adjustments needed. I was there for them setting posts so was able to go over that before heading out. I could not be there for the install but did not feel I needed to be. They were clear with their plan and we think it turned out great!
I'm pleased with the final product. The crew was super friendly, worked really hard and did a great job. The salesman.not thrilled. I called the morning of the "final day" of installation and was told everything was on schedule and the crew would have the invoice and take the cash for final payment. After no crew showed up, my husband called the salesman and was told they wouldn't be there until the next day. Why tell me one thing at 8am and my husband something different at noon? Also, the crew had no paperwork and knew nothing about taking payment. Overall, a typical salesman.
What an awful experience on the commercial side. After three weeks, 4 emails and 6 phone calls they used foul language and hung up the phone on me. Mind you this is all the while saying they would happily quote the project. I guess they must have plenty of work to treat customers like this. So wildly unprofessional.
