Butterfly Nail Plaza Inc reviews
16Come here for a 20 minute chair massage and change your life.thanks Yolanda! Also clean place with good service for affordable manicures and pedicures. But the massages are where it’s at.
Place was very busy. I felt like the nail tech was being rushed. She looked very annoyed and was rough while doing my nails.
Place is huge and clean but over priced for certain services and I sat for 20 mins and tirs ended up not being fully dry.too many coats of paint I believe. The staff is very nice.
I've tried other nail places in Brooklyn and I always end up going back to Butterfly Nails (usually to fix the mistakes made by the other nail places). They do a fantastic job. The place is clean. They use some disposable instruments and they do a great job cleaning the non disposable ones. The staff is courteous. The nail polish options are vast.
Did not use all the tools but charged me as if she did use them. I have photos of the tool in the pack.
The service is great. Everyone is super nice. They do a wonderful job but there are ants. They are pretty clean other than that.:)
BDid SNS manicure and it chipped after 2 days. Only one lady knows how to do it. Service was very slow too. You can also see they have favorite customers, so were not keen ou n gaining new business. And charge 20 dollars more than I normally pay in Bayridge or Astoria
It's clean, comfortable and everyone there is nice. It's a bit pricey but the service is worth it.
Soooooo many colors, maybe the most gel colors available at any salon in central Brooklyn. The staff are all good, the prices decent, and they ask before cutting your cuticles. A variety of Essie, OPI, and CND polish. There is a wait sometimes but never for more than 10 minutes or 15 minutes because they have a large staff and a lot of chairs.
I get the bare mani and sometimes pedi. Some of their nail specialists are a little rough, like they're taking out resentment on my poor cuticles but on the other hand, some of their nail specialists are great. They get the job done perfectly pain-free. Call me naive but I don't feel a manicure or pedicure should hurt.
I have gone here twice, and I love how there is minimal wait, a professional and thorough staff, and the area is clean and organized.
I've been here about 10 times. This is a solid place to get your nails done. They will definitely charge you for each and every treatment (and try to upsell whenever possible), but they generally do a good job and they are professional. Would recommend!
I was disappointed at my last appointment. I was charged for a service on my credit card that I didn't receive and was given HALF of the money back when I bought it to the managers attention. I didn't feel like debating the matter with her, but left feeling cheated. My nails look ok, but I will never return. Honesty matters. Try the salon on myrtle, or the one further down Fulton by Clinton.
I have just had a 20 min massage for $20 and it was brilliant, I feel so relaxed and my shoulder isn't in pain any more.
I went to this nail salon to get full set gel nails. I thought that because they were expensive they would have done a great job. My nails came off two days later. $70 just for them to come of like that is definitely a rip off and they messed up my cuticles. I will never come back her.
Very poor customer service. My nails look like my teenage daughter painted them and when I expressed how I didn't like the way the color looks the Manager told me had to pay $12.00 more for a color change. I'm never going back there.
