I’ve sold Surplus to BMB several times. All in all they handle business great. Their office manager Kaitlyn had handled any issues that I might have had. I buy from shut down shops or surplus from businesses then sale to them and I’m small so my buy budget is too. In saying that I need quick turnaround on product and they are great about that.

Buy my breaker is fantastic. Their team responses quickly. Follow their packing responses, send in the equipment you have agreed to sale and recieve payment upon delivery and testing of such equipment. I've had nothing not great experiences from this company!

This is a rare review but felt these guys deserve one.

HVAC guys installed a new system for my office last week. But when they tried to test it, no power. The 50amp breaker feeding heat pump fried when the compressor seized. It was an old, discontinued Crouse Hinds 13207 and they told me it would be either find a replacement breaker or they'd have to install an entire new panel.

So I tried a couple of searches and found these guys, 500 miles from me. Gave them a call and got a support rep named Amanda. Told her what was up and sent a pic of the blown breaker so she knew exactly what to would replace it. She called me back within an hour and said she had one. 25$ vs at least a grand for a new panel. Deal.

That was 2pm on Monday. Good gracious. I found a UPS box on my front stoop the next morning, Tuesday. Astonishing. What? Under 18 hours? !

Opened it up and it's a perfect match to the breaker it’s replacing. The HVAC guys are happy campers as well because now they can finish up the new system install.
