Wow. What can I say about BW Tile Creations… working with Brian has been the most pleasant experience. My husband and I made an unsuccessful attempt to install kitchen backsplash using glass tile. We prepared, read everything about glass tile, etc.purchased various equipment… and totally messed up.
I chose BW primarily because his credentials were more than outstanding especially being a Certified Tile Installer. After meeting him & showing him the job, he wrote up a estimate/ contract and emailed me.
BW did the demolition of the mess me & my husband made. He was very nice and said he had seen worse.
BW rebuilt the surface for the new backsplash with drywall.
Brian was able to move up my install and I couldn’t be happier. The pictures say it all! Some of the tile cuts were truly amazing!
I must also say anytime Brian was here working, he always cleaned up! Even mopped my floor! Don’t hesitate to hire this man. He’s truly skilled for his trade. No complaints whatsoever. He even left some extra supplies.

Brian is exceptional! In an era where just about nobody cares about doing careful, precise work, Brian stands out as a master craftsman. From the detail of his estimate, the successful acquisition of a back up piece of tile in case my old loose floor tile didn’t make it through removal and repositioning (it did), and flawless replacement of loose tiles in my shower (with a great waterproof backboard and new matching grout), this was a perfect job. Brian is amazing. I’ll certainly hire him again for any tile repair or new tile work.

Brian was very professional and detailed while we worked with him to replace our shower. He removed our old shower and created a new one with fresh tile and fixtures. Brian helped us with our remodeling every step of the way including recommendations for products and stores to find them. He was thorough in answering any questions we had before and during the renovation. We would not hesitate to use him for future renovations and we highly recommend his services.

I would highly recommend Brian to anyone. He remodeled our owner’s suite bathroom. Brian worked with us to discuss design options and gave us excellent advice to help us update the space we had. Brain is reputable, timely, and always cleaned up before he left. Brian was flexible with us as we welcomed a baby girl in the midst of our renovation and was consistently checking with us to make sure we were comfortable having him continue working the first days we were home from the hospital. To be honest, there were many days that you wouldn’t have even known that Brian was upstairs working. He was also very kind to our two dogs, one of whom is very mischievous and enjoyed stealing from his tool box. Our new bathroom is stunning and I am looking forward to continue to work with Brian for more projects in the future.

Brian installed new cabinets in our laundry rouuom after removing old shelving and a countertop. His work was excellent and he did a great job cleaning up all work areas upon the completion of the job. Brian also picked the cabinets up at the store before starting the job. He arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame he gave me.
When I contacted Brian about my project he responded quickly and set up a time to estimate the project. Brian kept in contact with me through phone calls, emails and texts. He was very flexible when I needed to change the date of the project because of my schedule.
I would definitely use Brian for further projects and would 100% recommend him to family and friends.

Brian is a step above any contractor I have ever used. He’s on time, clean and does an excellent job. He’s done all sorts of work for me from kitchens and bathrooms to minor plumbing and electrical.
