Byrne Dairy and Deli reviews
24I used to go here several times a week, but lately staff not wearing masks at all and face mask policy not enforced. Won't be back.
Lots of customers in line. 1 cashier. The rest of the”team” stocking. This store needs a manager.
Good selection of fresh coffee and condiments plus kids we're happy with their popsicles. 2 indoor single bathrooms seemed in rather good shape
While they give me problems because the staff thinks I’m 21 or under, theyre efficient never backed up or behind and always kind.
Stopped for lunch on my way to a basketball game at University of Rochester. Got a huge, delicious sandwich. And bonus: it was free-cookie Friday!
The store is clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Add to that Byrne dairy products are the best in New York state. Their milk butter and ice cream are the best I've ever had.
Not very impressive customer service at the ice cream counter.there were 3 people standing around talking about my order for a solid 5 minutes before they started making it.
Byrne Dairy great place to get gas and store items. Handicapped parking available. Great stop and go. Always busy.
This is a friendly store/GAS station to visit. They are pleased to carry your purchases out to you car. When I had my dog, she would only drink ice water, I would go to the store, pick up 2 bags of ice, the cashier's would pick it up and bring it to the car for me. Like I said it's a friendly store.
This is a pretty decent gas station and market place for a New York small town. Tables inside and outside, an icecream shop, a cafe, and a well stocked convenience store goods.
There was some confusion with the staff inside the store who said you can only be served from the outside window. If course the window workers just rolled their eyes.
I've cream was was very creamy and rich. A nice surprise.
Love this place, workers are very nice and I love to bring my dog every now and again to get him a doggy friendly ice cream which he absolutely LOVES!
The ice cream is creamy and fresh.
Like a clumsy child, I dropped my two scoops on the ground (and yes I cried!). The Scooper Professional replaced my scoops free of charge.
I have a Bryne Dairy Debit card which discounts my gas by 10 cents. Also bought Byrne Dairy brand half and half
Great stop for ice cream (and many other things like gas, some groceries, drinks, typical convenience store fare). Their ice cream is Byrne's brand. Had about 20 flavors of hard ice cream, soft, sundaes, flurries, waffle cones, toppings. Reasonable prices for an icecream stand!
When ordering ice cream they said they could not make sundaes, milkshakes, or flurries. So I just got a soft serve cone. Went outside to eat my ice cream and saw two people walk out with flurries and another one with a milkshake then I watched the girls who told me that they couldn’t make it hustle on out the door. They could have made a sundae but they wanted to go home and not have to clean anymore of the ice cream area. So annoying and rude. I will say the girl that did make my cone was very nice, the store was clean, and the ice cream was good as per usual.
Every single worker is so rude and has a horrible attitude. From the young high school girls to the old hags. They all could learn a thing or two about customer service that’s for sure. And it’s odd the manager is never there.
First ice creams of the season! The food and staff were great. Prices for the cones was fair. The outdoor picnic tables could use a wipe down. Salt and residue from the winter needs to be washed away.
Go to this place for ice cream in the summer, it's not too expensive and they have a lot of flavor options, many of which are quite good
