Thanks Jeff. Golf is my passion. My game was going downhill, my knees were hurting and I had to wear a brace to play. Losing distance and not being able to read putts, I was discouraged. My daughter finally convinced me to go see Jeff. After 4 or 5 sessions with Jeff, his exercises have given me back my passion. I'm playing golf without a brace, can get down again to read putts and outdriving guys my age and even some younger ones! Thank you Jeff for giving me back my passion and enjoyment of playing the game of golf again!

Jeff is great at individualizing workouts according to what someone wants/needs. He also is great at explaining the reason behind the movements he’s teaching and how they will improve your overall fitness. Even after just a few sessions with him I find myself thinking about what he teaches me in the sports I play and I can feel a major improvement.

I highly recommend C2E Movement to anyone looking for an amazing and completely personalized workout experience. Jeff is a great, knowledgeable trainer that takes the time to get to know each clients goals and help them work towards them. He specializes in strengthening the joints/improving mobility and after my first session with him I feel like I have the knowledge to continue building my joint strength at home and lift weights more confidently and safely I’ve only had one session with Jeff so far but I will definitely be going back for more

Jeff believes in everyone's ability to improve their fitness. He works specifically on your target area, whether that is coming back from injury, recovering from surgery, increasing mobility or strength. He really listens to you!

I cant say enough good things about C2E: Jeff and Piper. I have been a member for over 4 years. I started going when i was 6 months pregnant. They are kind, caring and accommodating. They are thoughtful coaches. It a great investment into anyones health. You wont find the attention at some box gym, that you get there. Highly recommend to anyone if you are either a seasoned person at working out or starting out.

I had a great experience at C2E Movement and worked with Jeff for 10 sessions. I worked with him to lose fat, maintain muscle, and improve my weightlifting form/mobilty. He was incredibly dedicated to understanding my specific needs and tailoring his approach to help me achieve my goals.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and limitations, and created customized workout sessions and offered valuable guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes that complemented my fitness journey.

Thanks to Jeff's expertise and support, I was able to see significant improvements in my strength, muscle definition, and overall fitness knowledge. It is easy to see that he genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their fitness goals.

I have trained with Jeff for 5 years, and recommend him to anyone who is looking to move better, feel better, and remain healthy and active throughout their lives.

C2E Movement and Jeff specialize in movement, mobility, and improving functional range of motion.

We are not professional athletes-we are not training for the Olympics nor do we need to lift the equivalent of a light truck.

We simply want to remain strong and mobile, healthy and active throughout our lives (and not throw out our backs while putting groceries away or chasing after kids or grandkids).

Jeff's clients range in age from 14-84-everybody and all bodies are welcomed.

Staying active is a lifetime pursuit. I especially recommend C2E for those who maybe don't feel as good as they could-things hurt, or are stiff, and maybe balance and stability are more shaky that they should be.

I have seen him work what looks like miracles for folks who felt their lives were limited by those issues, who have regained strength, independence, confidence, and their zest for life.

That may not make for flashy social media videos, but it is far more important.

It's also a benefit that he trains folks in his studio, in home, and via zoom.

Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, but even more important is his passion. He really loves what he does, and he is always pushing himself to learn more. He cares deeply about the people he works with. He is ready and able to tailor the workout to an individual. He can easily modify a movement to make it work for your goals and your body. Jeff has been working with me for several years now and it’s changed my whole body and the way I think about movement. He’s given me the confidence to try new exercises and to trust myself. I’m continually getting stronger but in a combination of building muscle and building understanding of form and where my strength comes from. You can trust Jeff to help you meet and surpass your goals.

Jeff is an excellent trainer. He adjusts to your needs and goals. Workouts are creative in a fun and enjoyable training environment. Jeff is always learning and is very knowledgeable about exercise physiology. You' ll always be challenged within your abilities.

I can't really say Jeff is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with, but only because I've never worked with a personal trainer before! I had no idea of what to expect, but so many people recommended him to me (including my husband, daughter, son-in-law), I figured he must be doing something right. And he sure is! On days when I'm feeling "normal, " ie no special aches and pains, he helps me with flexibility and strength. (Never thought I'd do pushups.) And when I do have a particular problem (usually my neck), he zeroes in and really helps. But the proof of my enthusiasm about his work, about the results, and about the way I feel after a session is. I keep going!

Yes, Jeff is a physical trainer and a very good one, but for me, he's more than that. He knows an incredible amount about how the body "works" (or doesn't work so good) in the sense of what's connected to what, how to relieve pain, loosen things up, or just make muscles stronger. But he's also keenly aware of how things like stress and tension and "mood" can play out in your joints and muscles; and he has demonstrated the ability to use PT to get to these issues, with the result that my body and my spirit "work" better, as separate entities, but also as parts of a "whole" that need to work in harmony.

Highly recommend working with Jeff! I’ve known Jeff for years and he’s wonderful to work with and a great person. Jeff is immensely knowledgeable and is proficient in working with people of all ages and varying skill levels/abilities. Jeff is very patient and caring and an excellent resource for anyone interested in movement.

I’ve been a client of C2E Movement with Jeff Johnson for almost 8 months. I wanted to get toned and also rehab.from a back injury. Jeff is a very caring person who is genuinely interested in helping me feel better and look better. His attitude is very positive and motivating. I love going there. It is great benefit to me and so much fun. It feels like I’m visiting a good friend and greatly benefiting myself at the same time. It’s a positive experience that I highly recommend. Jeff is awesome, a 5 for sure.

Jeff is awesome. Since working with him, I feel stronger and more confident after a knee injury. He focuses on your individual need and ability. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great workout with a caring knowledgeable trainer. Plus I love Millie (his dog) as my workout buddy!

Can’t say enough about Jeffrey! Initially started seeing him for some shoulder rehab and overall strength training. I found more relief and results than physical therapy. His attention to detail, knowledge and genuine care for clients is abundantly clear. The 1: 1 training is super customized and effective. Jeffrey has an incredible sense of humor and makes everything enjoyable. I always leave training feeling 100x better and just wish I could see him more.

Definitely a place to go to. Jeff makes you feel completely comfortable with working out no matter what level you are and tailors the sessions to your individual needs. I have been going her for almost two years and feel so much stronger and better about my fitness. Both my kids go here too and love it!

Jeff is passionate about movement and knowledgeable about various modifications to center the workouts around individual abilities and goals. Millie (his dog) occasionally joins for a warm up and adds to the comforting and welcoming experience:)
