Ammunition Supplier Cabela's reviews
14Just a great experience to visit, oh yeah, they also have just about ANYTHING that an outdoors person could want, use or imagine.
Got what I came for, But had to listen to associate in the gun store about his complaints of Gov. H 's ammo rules. I support anything that keeps guns and ammo out of the hands of cooks.not the place. Don't need to hear there yapping.
They had the bomber/aviation style winter hats that Carhart no longer carried. Sales people were helpful.
One of the Best experiences I had. I was at the hunting section, Cameron came in and help me out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered my questions and showed me what I needed and helped me throughout the whole time. Great customer service. Very satisfied. Thanks Cameron, you are the best.
This is the best outdoor store Buffalo has. Everything was in order, the store was clean, and most items were in stock.
I was looking for 9mm training ammo, but they were out of the 100 round boxes, and they were not sure when more would be available. This is not the first time I have experienced this, but I'll keep checking. Prices are good and it's convenient.
I did have a bad experience about a year ago with the guy in the handgun section. I asked his recommendation on a concealed carry, and he said he didn't recommend anything.
Years ago, I used to purchase fishing and boating gear by catalog. Same flip flip flip and bookmarking as today (corner fold). Walking in was exciting looking left, then right, flip flip flip! So
Currently waiting in line, over a hour and 20 minutes and I am still 4 in line. There is no seating accommodation, considering the way time is just as bad as the emergency room would be nice to have a seat while you wait a lifetime to be attended.
Love this store when i cross the border. The guy who greets.shorter guy brown hair.hes a dual citizen really nice. Super friendly guy. Always makes coming here nice cause hes so helpful. Must be the canadian in him lol
I'm going to be very blunt my husband and I were in on Sunday to purchase a gun. We waited over 3 hours to get this process done. Find I understand there's a lot to do with it and you guys are just following protocol. However my husband was in there on Tuesday night yesterday all he had to do was pick up his gun and leave he waited another two and a half hours before he was even waited on. I'm not buying another gun from Cabela's ever again. That was five and a half hours we had to wait. I told my husband we'll go somewhere else. We were going to buy a Henry Golden Boy for my dad but we will not be buying it from Cabela's
As a seasoned fly fisherman and a general fishing enthusiast, my visit to Cabela's store was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a diverse range of fishing gear tailored for both the fly fishing aficionado and the general angler.
The fly fishing section was a haven. The variety of rods, from beginner-friendly models to high-end options, was impressive. I particularly appreciated the selection of fly lines and tippets, which catered to different fishing conditions and preferences. The flies themselves were a highlight — with a range of patterns and sizes that could excite any fly fisher. It was evident that Cabela's understands the nuances of fly fishing and the importance of quality equipment.
For general fishing needs, Cabela's was equally impressive. The assortment of spinning and baitcasting rods and reels was extensive, offering options for various freshwater and saltwater scenarios. The tackle selection was comprehensive, with an array of lures, jigs, and baits that could suit any target species or water condition. I also noticed an excellent range of fishing accessories, from nets to coolers, which are essential for any fishing trip.
Beyond the products, Cabela's staff deserves a special mention. Their knowledge and willingness to share tips and advice were invaluable, especially for those newer to the sport. The store also had an inviting atmosphere, with interactive displays and a catch-and-release pond, making it a fun visit for families and children.
In conclusion, Cabela's store is a top-notch destination for both fly fishermen and general anglers. The quality and range of products, combined with knowledgeable staff and a welcoming environment, make it a must-visit for anyone passionate about fishing. Whether you are a seasoned angler or just starting, Cabela's has something to offer that will surely enhance your fishing experience.
Can't believe I heard a guy behind the pistol counter tell a potential buyer that you can't break down a Walther pistol? Um ok
Wanted to compare two models of guns. Joined their virtual queue - waited an hour and left. What a joke.
This place has everything outdoors. Employees are very professional and helpful. I recommend this place.
