Purple sticky rice was delish. Steak salad portion was small. Has inside and outdoor seats. 1 shared appetizer and 1 main for lunch is $50+ pp

Eggs cooked to perfection, potatoes had a subtle little kick, and could drink a gallon of that coffee! Service was flying around on a perfect brunch day, keeping on top of everything.

Cafe Cluny was a wonderful experience for us for Sunday brunch! We were seated immediately at a lovely table inside with the doors open for a pleasant fresh air feeling. The wild mushroom soup was the best ever! French toast with berries was perfect! The Frisee salad was perfect for sharing. We each had a perfect Bloody Mary made with gin. Normally we would not have had a dessert but we hated to leave this charming restaurant with such pleasant and welcoming wait staff. Profiteroles and sorbet were excellent choices! Thanks especially to Tina who took care of our table! Thanks, Cafe Cluny!

NYT Picks does not miss on this one. Small French restaurant with veggie options and American options for those who go just to say they “went to a French restaurant”. Took parents to dinner here, very cozy, a bit tight on space, but 100% worth it. We started with the Buffalo chicken dumplings, I would’ve eaten 50 of these if they were $18 for 6. Ordered the Faroe Islands Salmon with polenta, buerre rouge, and some broccoli rabe. Salmon was crispy on top and very savory, you could taste the citrus and spices in every bite. Polenta was mashed and was super rich and paired perfectly with the fish. The rabe made the color combo look nice, a bit undercooked. Dad had the Canard Confit, this tasted better than many I’ve eaten in France. Mom ordered the omelette, super high quality ingredients and worth every penny. Like NYC restaurants we did have the usual: young rich annoying non native Manhattaners discussing which family beach house they should visit, but hey it’s NYC amirite? Highly recommend. Oh yea, also got the molten chocolate cake, absolutely slaps.

FOOD/DRINK:
1.) chocolate molten cake w vanilla ice cream = this was sooo goood, super rich and tasty, and I appreciate the granular texture of the brown sugar they had in the plate too
2.) hot chocolate = really good, they make it kinda like a latte, had a little heart
Would definitely come back for drinks

The menu had a lot of options, I appreciate that, and would be down to come back for an entree some other time.

SERVICE:
Great!

ATMOSPHERE:
Very cozy, every time I’ve passed by I’ve wanted to check it out. Inside is super cozy and everything is just nice. Even the street area around is cozy and I’ve always liked it.

Nice, cozy ambiance inside. Came for brunch/lunch and got the brunch special. It was decent. Food overall is decent, ambiance and service are excellent.

Very solid spot, always a good ambiance for dinner and brunch, service and food are super solid - can’t go wrong with this neighborhood staple. Grilled cheese + tomato soup are excellent.

Great service. Nice location to sit outside. Food was all nice, small-ish portions. Chicken dumplings are unique. Zucchini fries always nice.

Cute lil brunch spot. Price is a little higher than I’d normally spend, but the food is so worth it. (Coffee too!) I take my friends here whenever we’re in a brunch mood and I’ve gotten great reviews across the board.

We were a party of 3. Myself a white male and Egyptian mother wearing her Hijab with her 23 yo daughter. The manager made us feel uncomfortable from the time we asked for a table until we we left. The server was great, but the attitude of the manager lingered over is throughout our meal, making it an uncomfortable experience. I live on the block and do not see myself returning.

I come here a lot. And I mean A LOT. Mostly for their 3 egg vegetable omelette. The combination of goat cheese, mushroom, spinach and tomato omelette just tastes too good for such healthy combo. And their yoghurt parfait also is a hit. But, $7 cortado and not attentive service stopped me from going there. I can find a place where to spend 40/50 bucks on an omelette and get appreciated as regular customer a bit more.

Nice burger, with what seems to be triple cooked fries. Cafe latte had to be remade as was like warm when it arrived, but other than that a nice experience. Friendly waiter.

Cafe Cluny is the sister restaurant to Cafe Luxembourg on 70th St. Same great service, same great food. Your dining experience is going to be like you're returning to an old friends house for some food and drink, so bring a few old friends or family of your own and make yourself at home. Luxembourg and the Cluny never disappoint. Both are in good neighborhoods and a short walk from the Red 1 2,3 subway line. So if you're a long way from home or live down the block stop in and sit a spell.

Atmosphere was nice, but the burger bread was horrendous, it was hard as a rock, however after I mentioned it, staff changed it for me.

Lovely breakfast at Cafe Cluny - a sweet little spot in Chelsea. We had a really nice meal - i got the steel cut oatmeal with coconut and strawberries & blueberries and ate every last bite. Had a glass of fresh grapefruit juice that was note worthy as well!

This is a nice cozy brunch place. The food was good. We took a French toast and Egg Omlette. The service was a bit slow but the food was decent. This place had a very NY vibe. The unlimited coffee was good.the fries are crispy but are very oily.

Had a very nice lunch inside the lovely outdoor dining area they built in the former street parking area. It was raining and chilly but they turned on heaters and we were very cozy. Inside space is tiny and cute. Reservations recommended. Both of us had the rice bowl dish so the review is based on this excellent dish and service. Everything came out promptly and as ordered. Added a poached egg and the dish had a nice flavor with just the right amount of spice.
