Food was great, hookahs aren’t that good not a lot of smoke. Customer service is terrible, waiters take too long to attend to you.

The food is delicious, but they are very expensive. I went 2 days ago for lunch and the exact same meal cost me $9. Now the same plate cost me $18 for 1lb. If it wasn't for the food being delicious I would of walked out.

Can you believe $18 for just a small plate?

Love Cafe Nunez! The food is classic Latin Bodega. So good and flavorful. Fair pricing and friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

First thing I wanna say is they have great music.
But the service is not the best, when I walked in they made me pay $10 for my coat whether I wanted to go in the store with it or have them hold it for me. And during that night they replace two of my drinks with sprite thank god I notice, I had to have them remade

Great customer service over the phone. Marien helped me place my order over the phone and had a lot of patience with the back and forth between my coworkers ordering lol

I love Cafe Nunéz, been there a couple of times during lunch (with them Macy's staff) and dinner and some hookah (pre-gaming) always a good time, nice crowd always felt very safe after leaving?

Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible food plus horrible service. Staff more worried about smoking hookah than helping guests. Stop texting me.

DO NOT bother, I got up every time to look for some one to take my orders. The waitresses were just sitting smoking their hookahs and drinking not attending their customers. There’s absolutely no customer service, disgusted.

I Went To Cafe Nunez To Have Some Lunch With A Friend, We Noticed Not Much Food Out And What Was There Was Dry, We Took What We Can And Then Asked The Cashier Was The Bar Open She Said Called Another Girl Over By The Name Of Laura She Said Yes, She Was Confused About My Drink But Another Waitress Was Able To Help Her, Laura Let Me Know My Total But Did Not Give My Receipt I Asked For A Copy When I Noticed Not Only Did Laura Add A Tip On But Tipped 18% When I Noticed I Said I Didn't Authorize A Tip Nor Did You Say It Was Apart Of The Bill She Said You Ordered Drinks So It's Automatic I Said Where Does It Say That And Out Of The 15% 18% And 20% How Does It Go Straight To 18%? She Said What Do You Want Me To Do Thats My Managers Rules, I'll Give You My Tips I'm Not Supposed To But Here It's Only $7 You Know It's Not A Big Deal That You Are Making, She Continued To Roll Her Eyes And Be Rude. People Check Your Receipts! Especially If Laura Is Working!

Cafe Nunez

Server - Marien / Jeffrey /Maria

Very nice, mentioned happy hour margaritas and taco Tuesday. Frozen margarita was really tasteful.

Marien brought out a frozen margarita it was perfect not too strong, it was drinkable.

Marien offered a pina colada as my second drink. Very flavorful!

-Lounge is a traditional Spanish culture, seating is lit up and bright. Positive atmosphere.

-Spanish music was played for most of my stay. The music switched to every genre after 3pm.

- Food was buffet styled (make your own choices of food then weighed for payment) traditional Spanish menu. Tasteful and reasonable pricing throughout the whole menu
- Menu is extensive with a variety, breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

-Hookah was a table sized hookah, flavor watermelon and mint. Disposable hose, quick start coal is used.
- The hookah was prepared By Jeffrey
- Very smooth and fresh traditional head for the hookah with the ceramic bowl.
-The hospitality was EXCELLENT!
