I was recommended to this place and I really loved it. The person who attended us was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the music was suitable for all ages. I hope to return.

Weekday is best for quiet service. Food is outstanding.baby lamb chop medium, etc. And some more. Very friendly throughout. Recommend. Will visit again.

The food was ok but the services was awful we waited 45 min to get appetizers n water and then to get the check we ask for it 5 times to different waitresses and they were like ok ill get the check for u n they never came back so finally after an hr we got our check

Terrible service, to begin with they don't serve water, very pretty waitresses with no experience,
They serve the food without the necessary cutlery to be able to start eating, the shrimp were very average they were not fresh, the chicken tasted like precocious food.not recommended for my taste it is a very popular place.

After a couple of years, I went to visit Café Rubio, as always, the best attention in a pleasant and familiar atmosphere and above all delicious food! Outside I found a collector's car that I thought was very attractive, to go around NY in good company.

The chicken mackerel has more bone than anything else. The taste is good but you are going to get frustrated eating this. Loosely the rice and the beans are rich.

Honestly, I rarely do reviews but this time I think it is necessary, I have been coming to this place with my husband for many years, about 4 years ago the food was spectacular, the drinks were quite good, the place needed to be remodeled just like it is now. Today the place looks beautiful, but the food is getting worse; tasteless, not the best. And the drinks, no way, they are the worst, extremely sweet and artificial flavors. It is not possible that he had to change drinks 3 times; which I never do out of discretion. Anyway, the place always has a very good atmosphere which is one reason why we always go, but otherwise, it needs a lot of things to improve.

I live this place! I’ve been there 2 times and can’t wait to go back! The waitresses are a bit standoffish and full of themselves however the music is banging!

You buy the drink and if you don't eat in the place you can't take it with you, which is what it is.

Great spot to check out randomly or at night for a nice dinner. It’s like an elevated sports bar setting- tv’s showing the game and loud music! The service is always great. The food and hookah don’t disappoint. Definitely an older crowd. The Rubio chicken and the churrasco were on point!

The place is very nice, although they have their public, if they dedicate themselves to the ball games, they would publicize the place and it would be a success. More people would have it because on that Instagram of theirs there are only ads for balls that they place. If that was the reason I was never going to go because I didn't see anything attractive, I went because a friend always goes and tells me that she likes it, and the place is beautiful. The food is cheap and good.

The food is great, and the ambiance as well. I loved the service here. Will come back soon!

Super experience, first class service, all the staff are super friendly, very attentive and willing to serve us, the food was excellent, we were a group of 20 people and we tried a variety of dishes starting with the best appetizer I've ever eaten, the star of love that has a delicious white sauce and crab cake, also as a main dish we were able to share the Tomahawk accompanied by an excellent wine, bananas on the beach, Dreamy Jarabacoa that brings an exquisite crab sauce, and blond salmon that has a white sauce Spectacular, they have a variety of cocktails and a good selection of wines too, all the diners were very satisfied, the incredible atmosphere, the very nice and cozy patio with good music, I loved this highly recommended place to share with family or friends. 200 out of 100

So I booked this restaurant for my son’s first communion this weekend that just passed. I had about 30 people. I booked a package which. I get there and the first thing I notice is one my guest asked for water they bring her a bottle of water to charge her for it instead of them serving everyone water which that’s something restaurants should do. I had to ask the waitress can she please give my guest some water. My package included soda, tea and coffee. When I asked Waitress, can we get refills of soda she tells me my guest are only allowed one soda. I told her that was insane usually in packages like that drinks are unlimited. Besides that sodas were hot from the box. When we ask for ice they had an attitude. Moving on to the food, the food was cold and one of my guest found hair in the beans. My other guest found a piece of sponge in the beans that he had already put in his mouth. I told the waitress I was not paying for those dishes. When I saw the bill she was still charging me for one of the dishes. I proceeded to just pay the bill and not get confrontational. I didn’t get an itemized bill. She writes my balance on a post it. Then caught an attitude when I questioned it. That same afternoon I contacted the manager who was very helpful to explain the situation. We ended up speaking to the owner who I feel was trying to justify everything that had happened and was only willing to give us the money for that one dish they charged. I informed him we should at least give us what we put down as a deposit because the service was awful and the fact that we found hair and a piece of SPONGE in the beans. THAT’S UNACCEPTABLE! I was embarrassed with my guest. My son’s lunch was a disaster. My husband and I spend a lot of money on this. After all the back and forth we manage to get our deposit back.
