Great people and tanning. I burn easily so the way their tanning beds work doesn’t kill my skin. I’ll definitely be back and facial by their esthetician made me feel like a new man.

Waste of time and and money they make up arbitrary numbers as to how long you can go with out tanning before they bump you down time and they make up arbitrary amount of minutes and they take no outside factors into consideration. On top of that they use FDA guidelines and NYS policy as the reason and that is just a lie. Plus they confront you when you give them anything but 5 stars lol like 5 stars is exceptional my dear you are some small tanning salon in Binghamton NY you don't get 5 stars sorry

Yes I understood it doesn't mean I agree with it. And you asked me right after I got done tanning in the middle of your lobby I was not going to argue with you and make a scene. Also you can't bully people into good reviews. You don't ask what's wrong and how to do better you only try to justify your policy which I disagree with which by the way I would love to see a link posted to a response that includes the FDA guidelines you are citing.

They want you to go daily or the will bump you down in time.feels like a waste of money if I can go when I want too at other places and my time not be affected. Just want the best bang for my buck! Sucks because I bought another month when I was at 20 mins when before vacation but when I can back in I was set down to 16 just so frustrating, I was away on vacation.in the sun! I don’t get their process. Will definitely be looking into a new place to go! I also have been going for two month so it’s not like I don’t have a tan going already. I just want tanning to be relaxing again

Best place in town! I have been an indoor tanner for many years. I have never had such an even, beautiful tan.

I was a frequent member last year and the staff was always helpful and polite. This year I return and there is a new girl that works evenings who is a complete jerk. Her tone is very condescending and rude. My girlfriend showed up and does the stand up bed and only does 4 mins. It was slow and close to closing and the girl at the front made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her that she was there. This used to be the highlight of my evenings and now I can't stand going to only be spoken to as if I am a bother. I have numerous friends that go here and I might just have to look somewhere else.

Don't like that
I have to go 5 mins then 6 mins then 7 mins. Its a waste of money and time I don't burn I'm dark complexion but they say no. I like the beds I like the place itself just don't like the fact that I'm told I have to start at so many mins. And go up each day it's ridiculous.
