I'm editing my original review to make it more understandable for the owner. Maybe then he/ she will understand the experience of a costumer or potential costumer's point of view.
This location was the 4th (FOURTH) on a list of shops I got from Cargos website to get my photo inspection done. The first 3 locations I went to said nothing about making appointments in advance they just weren't doing photo inspection that day. So I didn't know THAT was a thing, and a pretty big deal for Calvin auto body shop (lesson learned).
When I pulled up to the front of Calvin's auto body I was DIRECTED BY 2 OF THEIR very polite EMPLOYEES THAT EVENTUALLY LED ME TO A PRIVATE AND OFF LIMITS area of their shop, I didn't stumble in on my own. When I finally entered into a room that looked like a waiting area and PATIENTLY WAITED for my turn to speak with the young lady who was already indisposed with a costumer at the time. I waited until an employee of the shop told her what my business there was and she said she could not do anything unless I had an appointment. I WAS willing to make an appointment but apparently THAT cut into her lunch time because she said they were booked for a week already and I guess didn't want to open the calendar to see when the next opening would be. Maybe she was having a rough day, who knows, but there was no need for an attitude from her when a POTENTIAL COSTUMER comes in & doesn't act disrespectful or belligerent. Way to go on making a good first impression and getting more clientele I applaud you.
Btw, when I got to the 5th location on that list. They said NOTHING ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.

Great body shop.had my car back to new in under a week. They even detailed my car.

Calvin and kimoy took Care of me real well. Their assistants was top notch and my truck came out wonderful. Appreciate the treatment they gave me.
