Cameron's Deli, Cross River NY

One of the best that i've ever been in! Been going here for years but I'm very glad to see that they are expanding to double their size as well as their capability for cooking food. They have every single drink imaginable, a lot of different sandwich options including hot sandwiches, and snacks for the road. Highly recommend the Clucking Russian sandwich!

Errors in the orders received about 25% of the time. This is both with phone and in person ordering. Phone orders are worse. This is annoying.

Probably a language barrier to understanding customer requests as many employees are not native english speakers.

Phone orders should be taken only by people with 100% understanding of english.

Great deli food. Fast service.
I had bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll and coffee.
Ample parking. Deli has more food selection than at the counter.
Large selection of cold drinks including alcohol.

Great food. Day guy seemed in a bad mood. Real short with me. The woman was very friendly. The man at night was also friendly.

Have noticed extremely consistent quality recently. Staff friendly and professional. The chicken parm is a sleeper menu item, opt for grilled to avoid seed oils.

Top notch hoagies. They have weird hyper local vocabulary. A hoagie/sub/hero or whatever most people would call it is a "wedge" here. I aksed for my Italian on a hoagie roll once and they gave it to me on a round Kaiser roll but they remade it for me. Their Italian is top notch. Better than Cosme's in philly, which is an insanely high bar. I stop here everytime i visit my in laws. I wish it was closer to where i live!

I thought it was a good deli the employees work like a well-oiled machine.little disappointed in the sandwich that I got. I got a ham and cheese on a roll let us tomato mayonnaise hot peppers.but the cold cuts were put on the sandwich like a bowl of meat nothing was layered out to the edge of the sandwich then when you ate the sandwich everything fell out the middle of the sandwich was too large it looked nice but it didn't eat well

Not worth your money. Don't call in they will make your order and leave it in a cold box asap. They can't get large orders right either. They are only in business because they are the only 24hr in 30 miles

Went here in the middle of the night for food. The workers were very friendly and helped us with our orders as needed. They made the food fresh and it was ready very quickly. This was a really cool place and if ever in the area, I would stop in for a bite with friends. Food was really good as well!

Cameron’s deli used to be the best place, however, with the change in ownership within the last year it has become a headache to go to. The workers do not feel like answering the phone, or taking orders and make it a hassle if you want something. The food is still of the same quality but the service makes it not worth it.

I normally have a good experience with Cameron's but on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving I went to Cameron's I ordered a Burger Deluxe and what I got when I got to my place of work was a Burger and fries no lettuce tomatoes then they try to charge me for a cheeseburger bar cheeseburger Deluxe when I ask why hamburger Deluxe I also purchased 3 Arizona iced teas they only put one in the bag and kept the 2 on the counter I've been all day trying to reach them and no 1 would respond back I call Cameron's a Brewster left my name and number and ask if they can call me and assist me to find out why cross river didn't respond to me. This is the worst experience that II had with Cameron's no one responds back the overcharged for stuff that they did not give me and then kept the items she placed things in the bag pushed the bag towards me and basically told me I was dismissed

This place is sooo good best sandwich’s hot food and 24/7 workers are very nice and respectful best deli I went to

The best deli sandwiches around. I don’t mind driving 20+ minutes to get there! Open 24/7 is a major positive as well!

I can’t believe they just charged me $11 for literally a small beef patty and a plain bun it looks so sad. Definitely not coming back here, this Deli doesn’t even deserve a second chance! Not even in Manhattan I get this little for that much jeez.

Delicious deli sandwiches in the traditional sense. Hard to find hearty meaty sandwiches like this anymore.

THIS PLACE operates 24 /7 and when everyone is out of power Cameron is open day and night. They have evrything deli has to offer excellent quality and service. I Shop there from 1990 ish and have no complaints.

They get more orders wrong than right. Food is ok but between the long lunch lines and then always f'n up the orders, why bother. They don't care about their customers to get the order correct. Deli was sold in the past couple of years. Food isn’t good anymore. We’re done.

Cameron's deli is supposed to be 24/7 hot food service and it IS NOT! I am sick of going there and not getting the food I want because Louis the worker doesn't want to make food. Do better cams.

Great deli overall, however my only complaint is the ridiculous and unnecessary increase in prices recently. Prices should be back to what they used to be, Cameron Dei’s food isn’t worth the price anymore
