Camping World of Kingston

We have a lemon with no door! No one will help us. Not from them, coleman, or camperworld. We bought it 8/8/22 it’s now 8/16/22. We have to now search alternatives for legal representation.

I purchased the NOBO 10.6. David Day was very helpful during the process. I ran into some issues while getting financed and they (Joe) were more than accommodating until I got things sorted out. The techs fixed everything I pointed out during the walkthrough as fast as they could. I would purchase here again.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ben quickly reviewed the inventory to see if there were any possible units that might fit the kind of trailer we were looking for. We are still deciding how we will proceed.

Salesman kevin was helpful in giving a good education of options and capabilities with our current tow vehicle. He showed us only what we wanted and no upselling. Good efficient follow up as well. Pleasant experience

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ryan Decker as he was a good listener, showed us exactly what we asked to see, answered all of our questions and there was no sales pressure to buy, very nice young man!

Camping world is second to none. My time shopping for an a new camper was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all my camping needs. I will be sure to recommend to this place to all of my peers.

Everyone from sales to settting up camper were friendly knowledgeable and assuring. Richard Wysong was excellent in selling us our new trailer. My only complaint would be not knowing our monthly payment until we picked up our trailer. However, we did have an idea. CW did everything to make sure we were satisfied. Our demo was great and the technician very knowledgeable. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our purchase and would most likely use them again. I recommend CW in your next RV purchase

These guys are the absolute best! Nick, the service advisor, kept us informed weekly on what was happening with our RV. And Eric, the tech who actually did the work went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was in perfect working order. From this moment on I’m going to tell all my family and friends to go to Camping World in Kingston, NY.

I called to check and see if an item I wanted was in stock. It was and I was quoted a price. When I got to the store I was told the woman accidently quoted me the wrong price. They gave it to me at the quoted price without much fuss. Because they actually did the right thing I also purchased a bunch of other items. They may have made less on the item I originally went for but they have a earned a satisfied customer and I won't hesitate to shop there again.

We were shopping for our first travel trailer and saw a few on their website that caught our eye. I know the market is tough right now due to covid, but we decided to go take a look. Our salesman, Don Markle, was fantastic. He made us feel at ease, never pressured us, and was very helpful with our final purchase. We couldn't be happier with the service we received as new customers. The tech who did our demo was thorough, funny and friendly. Would recommend Don Markle to anyone!

Purchased my Jayco Micro Feather 12SRK from Ben Heppes at Camping World of Kingston and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from everyone from Ben working with me on the sale, to the tech Eric showing me the ins and outs of the RV, to the finance people! Would highly recommend.

We are looking to upgrade our hybrid, but are in no hurry. We came to Camping World to look and gather information to decide what we want.
Richard has been a saint. He listened, no pressure, showed us both used and new, different layouts.

When preparing for an upcoming trip, we found that our water heater was not firing. I called Camping World of Kingston and made an appointment. When I dropped off our camper, I shared that we had an upcoming trip planned. Our service consultant, Nick, came through & prioritized our service & it was complete in just a few days. Although he could have simply said that there was nothing he could do about getting the repairs done before our trip, Nick went above and beyond my expectations. My thanks go to Nick at Camping World of Kingston!

Amazing experience at Kingston. I went in defensive due to a friends experience but had an excellent experience with Ben and Rich the finance guy. They were able to give my family what we wanted and would recommend them to anyone new to RVing

My experience with Brian was the absolute best. He was incredibly attentive, ready to help, respectful and professional. He was able to help with everything I needed, as well as answer any questions I had.

I had the best experience I’ve had trying to get parts for my later model rv. John shclemmer in parts was just amazing. With what’s been happening in the world these days with delays on everything he made this process painless for me. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Cheers Scotty Mac
