Called at 8: 30 in the morning to have my 12 yr old daughter seen with a broken collarbone, said they would call back, heard nothing an hr later so I called them. Said they were waiting on doctor to respond would call me back. Waited 2 more hrs while my daughter is still in pain and has no support for her shoulder and still no call so I called again and said still waiting on the doctor. Here it is after 1pm and still no response.

Dr Klein great. Penny the office manager hates me and makes sure to take it out on me by having scripts sent to the wrong pharmacy

Staff has always been very courteous and professional. Providers are also excellent! Would definitely recommend this office!
