Canarsie Playground reviews
14Fun place for children to play, picnicking, jogging, cycling, playing football, keeping outdoors birthday parties etc.
The playground is great for kids.
But that's only the beginning, the park has a exercise trail with alot of workouts for kids and adults alike. A nice field well kept good for soccer or and ball or running games. If you find it you can go to the pond (its a little hidden by one of the trails I found it by accident) with wild geese and ducks. Then you have there the beach with alot of dead and even some live crustaceans. You can really enjoy a long day outside there
Well equipped playground that any children would enjoy. My daughter absolutely loves the attractions there. I would highly recommend this.
We spent a 5 hours in this park and we dont have nothing to complain about. It was nice. The sprinkler were on. And my kids had fun
A variety of activities of kids.swings, slides, manipulative, climbing, splash pad and a field. Seating areas of adults too.
It's perfect if your children are over 5. However you might be stumped if your kid is under 4 because alot of the amenities are for older kids. My daughter 3 and still had a great time with other kids and she made the best of what she could use.
Best park in Canarsie and perhaps one of the best in Brooklyn, period! Huge, clean, family friendly and serene. Walking/Bike riding trail leads you to Canarsie Pier. Great for exercise, trips to the playground, family gatherings, skateboarding and nature walks. Definitely my go to park. Love it!
Very nice playgrounds the kids loved it! Very clean, only down is the bathroom isna little way off, but apart from that it was definitely a return to playground.there is a skating board area, a walking path, and of course u have the big field, u can fly kites play ball whatever u choose, and lots of kids.
Huge park! Nice place to do some exercise, take your kids to play and spend time barbecuing with family!
Took my children to this park. The grass and shrubs are ridiculously overgrown and there are rats running all over the place. As I sat on the bench, huge rats ran by my feet. My children were terrified. And because of the amount of grass, the mosquitoes are out of control. Can't even enjoy the park experience because we were being eaten alive. This is a children's park and the condition needs to improve.
Canarsie park is one of the best parks in Brooklyn. Has a section for everything. A place to throw summer parties and Barbecues. Alot of space for outdoor activities and sports. Just a great park all together.
Absolutely love this playground I take my preschool class there as well as my camp class the environment is clean and it's child friendly
My son really loves the playground in this park and the water sprinklers in the summer is absolute joy.
Clean and well tended park! There are a few trails to explore, a skateboard park and great play area for the kids.perfect for picnics and kite flying. Bathrooms are also available for the brave. ;)
