Cancos Tile Corporation, Smithtown NY

I purchased tiles from them 2 years ago to remodel my bathroom. They were a delight to deal with. Later, I needed to purchase extra tiles. They no longer had them in showroom but ordered them for me. They are always nice and very helpful without being pushy.
I also needed to return something which they handles with smiles ;-)

I have been a customer of Cancos of Smithtown for over 15 years. I have sent all my customers to see John, Niel and the rest of the staff. The knowledge and customer service I have been receiving from Cancos is like no other.
Last minute orders, help with design. They are always there to provide me with the greatest service and professional courtesy.

For me home renovations are a pain but working with Cancos Smithtown is a pleasure. Their selection is great but even better are the people. Neil, the manager, runs an efficient store where viewing, selecting, buying and receiving the tiles is seamless. John, their design lead, is a delight to work with and his very keen sense helped me match colors and patterns into a thrilling design for my bath and kitchen. Among all the places and and all the people I worked with for renovating my kitchen and bath, Cancos with Neil and John were by far the best to work with. Tanya from their Commack store, who sometimes works in this store is also a delight.

Never pushy, straight forward pricing and great advice with a smile makes Cancos awesome.

I can't wait for my next renovation. Not! But at least I know where to start, the next time I embark on one.

These guys are the best. No flimsy thin garbage tiles like the big box stores. Real imported tile that holds up. Awesome customer service, you don't feel like any question is dumb, even for DIY'ers. Would recommend highly to anybody in the market. Really stand behind their service.
