New property manager every couple months. They are not helpful. Difficult to get ahold of, nobody calls back or returns emails. Not in office during office hours. Rent has gone up drastically, while quality of management and facility has decreased. I would not recommend living here. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful but seem stretched thin.

I have been living here at candlewick apartments on and off for 30 years. I am very comfortable here! Sariah in the office is a very good community manager.
She greets everyone with a smile and is very friendly. She listens when something needs to be fixed and the excellent maintenance staff fixes it quickly. They take pride in the work and it shows.

Awesome Apartments
I am absolutely intrigued with the office and maintenance staffing everyone is genuinely concern about their residents needs as any landlords or leasing managers should. I am very happy maintenance is constantly ready to cater to any need of the residents with handling any work order with a quick response, friendly visit, professional and a job of expertise GREAT JOB CANDLEWYCK

Lived here for a year, at first everything was good and great.management responded quickly and maintaience took care of everything quickly. As time went on, management was changed and waited months to get simple fixings done so had them order a part and ended up replacing myself, took weeks to get email responses.electric heat in bottom apartment proves to be VERY costly in winter months (nearly $200 for a 1 bedroom apt). If wanted to renew lease.rent went up over 18% (legal?). Was told security deposit would be returned in about 2 weeks. I contacted them after 7 weeks and found out manager never processed it even though she email me "everything has been closed out and sent to corporate" a day after I moved out.

Overall place isn't bad, sadly the poor management leads to this rating. Much happier In New place for bigger, and cheaper. Coveat, when I contacted about security deposit I was informed previous management has been replaced (she was horrible) and was sent my check within 3 days.so hopefully it's a turn for the better (I cannot stress enough how terrible the management was)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewyck Apartments and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

In particular, I have to give high praise to Julia, the apartment manager. She was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. She made me feel like a valued resident and went out of her way to ensure that all of my needs were met.

The apartments themselves were also exceptional. The units were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities and stylish decor. The grounds were also well-kept and beautifully landscaped, providing a serene and peaceful environment for residents to enjoy.

Overall, I cannot recommend Candlewyck Apartments enough. From the friendly and professional staff to the gorgeous apartments and grounds, everything about this property exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further than Candlewyck Apartments!

We have only lived here a short time, but in that short time we’ve had a very positive experience. Sariah that runs the office has been super responsive and very patient answering all of our questions! Jesus who runs maintenance is so friendly and polite and they were able to fix a few things very quickly!

Love the area and how attentive the office is now that they have someone in the office on a regular basis. They are definitely trying to make it a nice place. When I moved in, everything in my apartment was new and entire place painted. I am hoping that they continue to make improvements and keep people accountable for picking up after their pets. That is the only problem I see at this time and they have stated that there is a fine but I still see it behind the buildings all the time.

This place used to be my favorite place to call home till it got sold and a new manager took over. Since the new management took over, the rent has been increased for about $300 and the property is less maintained and some hallways don’t have lights. They don’t care about the tenants well being, they only care about how much more money they can get from you. I lived here with black molds in my apartment for couple of months or maybe years and I got intoxicated because they were neglected to take care of it when I informed them about the issue which they later found out that a pipe was broken, licking in the bathroom walls and that caused the mold to spread to the kitchen and living-room. After all of this, I decided to get a different apartment and they offered Me a 2br which has dirty carpets, cracked bathtub, and kitchen cabinets with woods falling all over the kitchen. Please don’t make the mistake I made renting with Barrington Residential. For $895 you can find a better place and good living conditions.
