Overpriced and very poor customer service. Always felt like they were inconvenienced and doing me a favor by helping me at all. They also have a kitten running around which makes my dog go crazy so I can’t focus. There are toys close to the floor that are perfect height for a dog to grab and then they give me an attitude when it happens. It’s too bad for them because I have a five-month-old puppy and will be living in the neighborhood long-term. I won’t go back. There are many better options in the neighborhood with better prices and far superior customer service.

I will give 5 stars for Canine Styles, and I am picky with stars. My experience was very positive, my pup was cared with love and the groomers do their very best to make your pup look the way you want them to. I can tell my pup loves this place because he shows such energy when he’s in the store, unlike other grooming spots where my pup was anxious. I recommend this place for all furry parents!

It happens to be en route on my way home from weekend rides, which is nice because.i no longer feel like finishing this. Worst review ever.

This little shop is a little too snooty for its own good and prices are pretty crazy (then again, if you must have a Yorker sized cashmere sweater, you're probably willing to pay for it). I've bought two "horse blanket" style coats for my beloved dog for those super cold days and they've been great. The no returns policy is a little excessive but they'll usually give store credit.

Haven't had grooming done here but everyone comes out looking great when I'm there!

I've been going to Canine Styles for a few years to get grooming for my little Pomeranian, and I highly recommend China as the groomer. My dog always gets top treatment and amazing cut from him, which has never beed rivaled by anyone else in the city. China has a great handle with dogs, and fantastic skills for grooming. My doggy always comes out happy and gets stopped on every street with compliments on his cut. Always friendly service and great prices. Highly recommended!

Bit of a shame regarding their customer service. Quite rude on the phone when trying to book a bath session for my dog, and then proceeded to have a completely different last name on my booking after providing it over the phone. Understandable to mess up my surname - it happens often - but again, their customer service was poor and I was met with rudeness and difficulty to pick up my dog. There was no apology or attempt to fix the situation until I had to push.

They don't understand Springer Spaniels. Twice they ruined my dog's haircut. First time they cut all of her feathering off and gave her a pup cut. The second time they cut her feathering along the sides and stomach. It takes months to grow out. Two bad expensive haircuts. Not recommended.
