Had an appointment at 9 am. Had half an hour drive and had to bring my 3 year old with me (Didn't think this would be an issue). As soon as I arrived I was told she couldn't be in the office, at all. Asked me to reschedule.no thanks.

Never making an appointment with them again. I guess being a parent with a schedule isn't allowed.

After reading the other reviews about the front desk, I'm not suprised. Ridiculously unprofessional and condescending.

Yes I wish I could give these unprofessional quacks a ZERO, I was never told of my results and I had to go to my endocrinologist to get them. Plus the doctor who saw me had the same lip service at each visit, it was like a recording and never told me of the issue with my cataracts. Now about the cataract surgeon, I was never offered a better lens and given the cheapo lens, I wonder what he gave his Doctor friends? I personally believe the NYS Department of health should check this individual out, I believe he has a problem especially for being a EYE doctor. And the people up front are very rude especially the office manager.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would the recipient is horrible, the office manager is not any better they rush you off the phone. I feel the younger you are and the type of insurance definitely play a roll, Shannon is a little rude for sure! The doctor is good is a plus! Spoke to office manager who said they would speak to the doctor but sounded like they could care less about the care of the help of there staff. Saying they recorded all phone calls, you would think and office manager would have her listing ear on and be opening to helping the insured more and not jumping right on to defend her employees right away. On both end it was very unprofessional especially when all you're trying to do is get a prescription for your glasses that is already established their. I like all others below suggest not going there or establishing being a patient at this facility. To terminate me as a patient because I called and complained about your recipients is absolutely horrible but fine I will be reporting your company to the BBB Bureau.

Extremely unprofessional! Front desk staff very rude! Will not be returning! It’s pretty sad when you see all these negative reviews and nothing is done to correct it! I will definitely be more than happy to travel further away for professionalism and where they know the importance of treating their patients well! I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star but I had too! Thumbs down! Go somewhere else! Don’t waste your time!

Wow. I don't even know what to say. There is a reason their reviews are abysmal. This is the most awful, rude staff I have encountered in medical care in a long time.

It's unfortunate because I absolutely LOVED my physician there - Dr. Kamath has been empathic, caring, and holistic in his approach to my medical care. After an unexpected and alarming diagnosis during a regular annual eye appointment, I deeply appreciated the time and care he put into walking me through the issue, giving me the options and path forward to my care, and ensuring appropriate referrals for additional testing and physician consultation and care - even following up with me on them at subsequent appointments.

That said, this office is a total cluster. The woman I seem to always end up on the phone with is rude, abrupt, and is the complete opposite to the provision of care that the physicians provide. She is consistently unwilling to explain policies or provide any flexibility in her approach to any logistical questions. If asked to explain a policy she refuses to do so and simply restates the supposed policy without further information provision. If I was the physician running this practice I would be absolutely horrified to have someone as patronizing and rude representing me to my patients. I hate having to find a new care provider after building such trust with one, but here we are. Hopefully you'll avoid making the same mistake I did - just find someone else to begin with.
