When I stopped by, there were 6-8 people on line inside the building. Only 2 tellers open inside and the drive thru was closed. Too long of a wait.

My jerk face bank refused to take a check in the ATM before holiday. Thanks a bunch. As tho it's not bad enough they close all the branches nearby. Clearly lack forethought or customer need. Will be closing our accounts.

The ATM availability is HORRIBLE! The machines always seems to be either out of service or being serviced every time I go. I'm always inconvenienced and have to travel further than I want to! Please do better!

Inside service is great when i can get there but atm Availability is bad! Saturday 10/2 they only have drive thru first of all then one of two is working. The line stayed so long i leave and come back (i don't drive) still a line but finally got to the ATM and it's says no deposit just like the one that is not working! You know it's the weekend make should all atm are working for any transaction. This was at the Baldwin branch

Great experience needed to close out two accounts for my deceased mom. I was able to do it at a teller window which was a great surprise. The Teller Chinika McDonald was absolutely great, professional, efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. She is an asset to Cap One! Thanks Again!

Went there to close out a cd that had reached maturityand deposit it in our checking account in the same bank. Before we went we called in 2 different occasions to make sure we could do the transaction in person in the Baldwin branch. We normally used the oceanside branch but when it closed the Baldwin branch was the closest. We were told yes we could do the transaction in the Baldwin branch. When we arrived at the Baldwin branch the drive through and the walk in were very busy. The line for the tellers windows, there were 3 open was about 10 people.ahead of us. It took about 45 minutes to finally get to a teller when we were told oh they migrated your account to an online account. We said we never had opened an online account and who gave permission for that because we certainly didn't. The teller said unfortunately we had to call or go online to make the transactions. We were at the window another customer came running up to tell the tellers an elderly man had passed out while waiting. The line now had to be 20 people long. Needles to say we will never bank here again.

Very disrespectful tellers. Do not recommend this location. I tried to give her a recommendation for a better customer experience and she did not care.

Great experience at the Baldwin, NY location. I understand covid precautions but.when you go to the bank and the doors are locked, "use the drive thru tellers" is posted on the doors, you go to the drive thru, just for them to tell you here is your stuff back go around the whole building AGAIN and go into the back because you HAVE to come in is extremely frustrating. Especially when you called to see what needed to be done before you arrived but NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! Hate having my time wasted.

Just Awful. Every time I go here both atms are down with no withdrawals. This branch is a complete waste of your time.

Very very frustrating. Needed to add a signer to an existing account. Since they no longer have staff on the floor to help we waited on a very long line for a teller. When we got to the teller he could not help us and sent us to another window. The teller at that window took our information and had to go to the basement to find the records. They had recently closed my original branch and transfered all the records to this branch. She goes to the basement and comes back 10 minutes later empty handed. She can't find the paperwork. Her solution isfor me to go get all the original paperwork and come back and fill out all the forms again. If I am going to basically reopen my account I am going to open it with a bank that has proper staffing and really cares about thier customers. My next question is what happened to my records? Are they secure? Has my personal data been compromised?
This was not the first frustrating experience that I had with Capital 1, but it will be the last. My advice is to avoid Capital 1 and find a bank that values your business.

This place is a horror show why did they close Oceanside? Although BOTH were / are horror shows now the wait in Baldwin is unacceptable.

PLUS. THERE ARE N0 OTHER EMPLOYEES TO SIT AND HELP WITH ANY ISSUES LIKE IT USED TO BE. THE TELLERS ARE DOING 2 JOBS AND MANY R NOT TRAINED IN THE ISSUES PEOPLE HAVE. GUESS THEIR STARBUCKS COMMERCIALS R NOT WORKING I DON'T SEE ANY COFFEE BEING SOLD

Awful experience, one of the young ladies in there had me wait to verify my account for a whole 30 minutes and then said I would have to call a # for verification after waiting for 30 minutes and felt no sympathy, one thing I was raised on no matter what show decency while working in customer service no matter how your day is going. Usually with bank tellers I have the best experiences some of the nicest people in the world, it’s sad that today I had my worst experience ever with a teller.

I came into the bank to make a withdrawal as my atm card had some fraud then after I finished my transaction I had 48 minutes to wait for the bus and I did want to get wet as I do not wish to catch my death. I went to a corner in the vestibule out of the way next to nobody and in nobody's way, and the manager says that he does not want me there. He was too cowardly to give his name and the security guard did not give her name. So capital ones policy is come do your business here we are happy to take your money but then get out. Obviously their employees are taught to enforce this rule. I am diabetic and visually impaired and I don't need more stress on top of all that is happening.
