Capital One Bank reviews
10Great location not that busy parking is big problem but if you are on foot it's ideal no big lines
The laziest Chinese lady customer servic, she couldn't answer a yes or no question because she going to lunch break.
I usually don't write any reviews but this one is a must, all i can say
is during my 35 years dealing with banks this is one was the worst
i ever had to do business with period.
Long lines only 2 people at the counter they take their sweet time as the line gets longer and longer no sense urgency once so ever dont Come to this bank
Capital one by far is the worst bank you can ever have a business with, absolutely nothing special about this bank, worst customer service, highest credit cards apr.no offers, they only know how to take but never give.avoid this bank at any cost
Karen and Emily were both helpful and very nice, and helped me out with a frustrating situation. Plus they were nice and patient which, in the moment, was probably the best gift they could have given me. Their patience and niceness helped ground me in the moment.
These two ladies made me realize Capital One is cool! Karen was nice, responsive and helpful even when things got complicated with another branch, and Emily was super nice and really helpful, and was able to help complete the important business task when another location dropped the ball. Plus made sure everything was good to go before I made a long trip from Manhattan. Wouldn’t recommend Union Square but this location really turned around my opinion of Capital One.
Need to re-open a branch on Staten Island. It's becoming a hassle traveling to Brooklyn. What will it take?
Trying to understand there are no locations in Staten Island anymore yet there are 2 on 5th Ave 20 blocks from each other? I m not paying a toll get there to deposit money. I will be changing banks!
As a customer I’m appalled and angry that Capital One Bank closed not 1 not 2 but all 3 of their STATEN ISLAND locations. This is NOT ok! I have to pay a toll and drive to Brooklyn to get MYYYY money or use random atm machines at delis or pharmacies.it’s unacceptable and not a word was said to the most important people your CUSTOMERSSSS! I’ve called Customer Service and they don’t even know what to say. It’s disgusting. I will be switching banks soon.
When bank is closed, security man never wears a mask! I have been to this branch location and there is always some man in the ATM room. Most times, the guy does not even wear a mask. Covid-19 and variants still out there! I'm going to close my Capital One account and switch to Chase!
