Capital One Bank, Farmingdale NY

Their drive-thru ATM has a card skimmer on it. I’ve tried calling them all morning to let them know, but seems no one working there can be bothered to pick up the phone.

I asked to politely if I can speak to a manager, only because I was advised by my lawyer to do so. To open a account with this bank due to the amount. Now I didn’t expect the tellers to argue with me about it! I wasn’t nasty and was very polite. They didn’t even greet me! Insane. I see why you have bad ratings

Worst bank ever. Don’t do business with them. I’ll be pulling ALL of my accounts away. And I have two business accounts, two personal accounts and credit cards.

I wish I could give them a negative 5. I went this branch to talk with them about someone using a fake id withdraw $15k from my account as suggested by Capital One Customer Protection department. But the branch people seems don't care at all and they tried to push me back to Protection department. I asked to talk with the branch manager, the teller told me the branch manager was not in which I knew it was a liar and I knew the manager was in. At that point, I given up on them. DON'T BANK WITH THEM.

This is the closest bank I have near me 12 minutes away I made several trips this week and everytime I went the ATM was not working. Such an inconvenience now I have to drive 30 minutes away to another bank.

Every time I go to Capital One Bank it gets worse. Now the bank does not open on Saturday, I stead of driving 10 minutes to the closest bank I have to drive 45 minutes. What ever happened to customer service. Sometimes you do have to go inside a bank, why is Capital One dead set on becoming a virtual bank. Also, why do they make it so difficult to remove so.eone from an account. The only way to do it is to bring a death certificate or to close out the account. Really, so unreasonable. Other banks, you just go with the person you want removed and they are removed. Now a days with all these automatic payments do they not realize how difficult it is to close out an account and open up a new one. I might as well do that through a new bank. This bank keeps going downhill.

Brought in notarized personal information that they told me they would send to the right department, 3 months later it has not been received. Where are the 3 pages that I gave them that has social security numbers, name and address information? Just tried to call them and they have a phone number but not taking calls you have to go on line or in person. This is the branch on New Highway in Farmingdale/Melville.
It's the only bank I know that does not have a notary.
This is so stressful, I would advise bank elsewhere. Just look at most of the reviews, which I should have done before I decided to do any banking with them.
