They guided us through the entire process, secured us the best rate possible and worked hard to make sure we closed in time. We closed in less than 60 days with almost no headache or major issues!

Capital Plus Residential is the place to get a mortgage! The staff is highly trained and professional and come up with solutions to all problems that arise during the process. I was soo nervous before I started the process. I was told by so many friends that it's difficult to obtain financing, especially that I had a complicated file with a Co signer with multiple businesses. The reality was actually so surprising.
