Capital Region Foot Care: Lam, Steven DPM reviews
9I have had surgery Twice with Dr. Marc Ginsburgboth of my experiences have been wonderful. Dr. Ginsburg is an excellent doctor and he does amazing foot surgery my surgery has given me a new walk on life no more pain when walking. Dr. Ginsburg listens to his patients and the visits are never rushed he takes his time with you and he has the Best bedside manner. He is wonderful and I would recommend him to everyone who has a foot problem Dr. Ginsburg and his nurse Donna are the Best
My Husband went to 3 different podiatrist and was told to order special wart removal lotion for $100 dollars nothing worked the 3 previous podiatrist had him come back numerous times to scrape it down didn’t know if it was indeed a planters wart many$35 dollars copay and $100 lotion later, He went to Doctor Lam he immediately new what the problem was and removed a splinter that was in my husband’s foot nobody else knew what to do you could see the black dot where it was imbedded. Thanks to Dr. Lam I would highly recommend him
The place is a dump. Dirty waiting and exam rooms. Podiatry office on the 2nd floor. Surely you jest. Looks like a fire trap.
I had an appointment at foot care podiatrist for a trim. The podiatrist this time and in the past spends with me no more than 4 to 5 minutes. On my last occasion which was two days ago while trimming he took a chunk of my big toe off and it hurt quite a bit but I didn’t that has happened before and I didn’t pay much attention however I am I noticed that the a quarter of the big toe was red Arm I didn’t say anything other than to jump him and he finished the trim did a very quick emery board across my things and quickly put on my sock. When I took off my shoe and later the sock was soaked through with blood. He made no mention of this he did not mention that I was cut or that I needed a bandage over it he just sent me on my way as usual because if there seems to be a five minute limit on any of his appointments very very discouraging I am not going back there again
I’ve been having problems with an ingrown toenail for about two years. Dr Lamm is the fourth Podiatrist I tried, and he was excellent and took care of it with minimal pain and he provided an answer for the long-term
My appointment was only a week out from when I called and the desk staff were very helpful with the paperwork. I saw Dr. Pitre after a short wait who attentively listened to my concerns and history. He was extremely pleasant and professional during my visit and answered my questions thoughtfully. One of the best doctor visit experiences I have had!
I've been a patient for 10 years, and they are the best in medicine and customer service!
The worst doctor I have ever been to. Went in due to pain I’ve been having since basic training and he basically told me I was a liar. I told him exactly what the doctors at basic told me and he said it was “impossible”. Made me feel very unwanted there. Also heard him talking about me and another patients medical issues to other people. Very unprofessional.
Great service and not a long wait. I saw Dr. Ginsberg and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful.
