Super fast and great service. They don't try to oversell you on services. Drop in service is sometimes hard as they are always busy so make sure to call ahead to make sure they can service you that day

Good work, horrible counterman. Jessie has no idea how to treat a customer. He just lost a 25 year loyal customer.

This person running the place by the name of Noah is probably the most obnoxious person. Extremely poor customer relationship and very poor service. He does not deserve to be the manager of that place. We need a person in the Town of Lynbrook who is more deserving and worthy of service.

HIGHLY recommend Capital Tire! My friend and I drove overnight from Michigan to New York to purchase a mini school bus, and even before we started our 12 hour drive, Noah ensured us that he would have our backs and fit us into Capital Tire’s busy schedule the following day. Noah, along with all of the mechanics at Capitol Tire, made us feel welcome and informed throughout the inspections and work that was being completed on our Skoolie. They answered all of our phone calls and questions without hesitation, and truly made us feel at home. We wouldn’t have made it back to Michigan in our bus without the crew at Capital Tire! 5 stars all of the way!

I just had my daughter go there to get a valve fixed. Turned out to be the sensor. When she had the car returned to her, within a few hours there was a knocking noise coming from her wheel. I had her go back to have them look at it. There answer - "Something new is wrong with your car and it will cost $950 to fix it. " I told her to leave and we will go elsewhere to have an honest guy look at it. The problem - not only did she leave with the lug nuts hand tight after they did the work the first time, but when she went back they left them loose and asked for $950. Bottom line, I have used them in the past, but after this, I'm done. No more business from me and I will spread the word about how you tried to take advantage of a 21 year girl, sent her out knowing you left her with loose lug nuts so her wheel could fall off and get into an accident. One word for this place - Dirtbags!

Horrible people. They fixed a valve for my tire and when they returned the car to me they loosened my tire to the point where it could’ve fell off. My tire was making a loose knocking sound so I brought it back to them and they tried to charge me $1000 for a “broken tire”. I took my car to a local mechanic for a second opinion and that’s where I found out the bolts on my car were only loosened and he tightened them for me no charge. Horrible people. No morals. Could’ve actually crashed and possibly injured.

Brought my f450 powerstroke. They had me in and out in 15 mins for inspection. Good place.

Scatterbrained and forgetful. Didn't do what I asked, which was a pretty simple rotation & inspection.

Left 1 tire 38 PSI, the other 31, another 44.

I thought the reviews saying they were rude was an overreaction. But they were accurate & will never use this place. Took my car just down Sunrise to WondA Rama Tire & the guy there was beyond nice and great service. Save your time & go to the good people.

My family gave been going here for years. I trust them all and will continue to patronize here. They are honest and fair.
