Kenny Brown from capital supply was an absolute professional, the most personable, and knowledgeable salesman I dealt with in our shopping for our recent bathroom remodel. Highly recommended! He goes beyond the sale and make sure that everything goes smoothly with receiving your purchase as well as making sure it’s what you wanted and that it all works properly! I recently purchased bathroom sinks and cabinets from Capitol District Supply. Kenny Brown was my Designer. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The order was timely delivered and the cabinets and counters are beautiful.

They were a total disappointment and gave us no reason to return there and certainly not to refer anyone to them. Her knowledge and experience saved me time and money. Customer service is a beautiful thing - - - and not what you get at a big box store. Nice to find that you don't necessarily pay more for it given that good advice pays for itself. Plus, Billie was warm and kind. Pretty sweet to buy a shower and have your faith in humanity restored as a free bonus:)

We had a great experience working with Billie at the Albany store. She did our design layout and walked us through every detail as we decided on cabinets, countertops and hardware. She also expedited the products to get them to us ahead of schedule. Capitol has a huge selection of products to offer and the pricing was better than expected. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you're looking for a kitchen or bath definitely put Capitol on your list!

We had a wonderful experience working with Maria our designer. During the pandemic one would think it would be difficult to remodel a kitchen however Maria made it seamless. Her plans were spot on and our kitchen turned out amazing. I would highly recommend her and Capitol Kitchens and Baths.

This place is a joke. I went there three times earlier in the year to find products for my new home construction. We scheduled an appointment online. The women that was suppose to be helping us wasn't in, so we got passed off to an older gentleman that only focused on the bathroom fixtures, and was a bit helpful, we found a couple things we liked and he wrote them down and told he'd look into the prices and get back to us with a number, and that the woman we were originally supposed to meet with would get in touch with us about the kicthen, well weeks passed an no one contacted us back, so I decided to shop around and ended up just ordering everything myself from directly from kohler, and went with another kitchen builder. A couple weeks go by, and we still needed a free standing bathtub, so I remember we liked one they had at Capitol kitchens, so we went there ready to purchase/order one and there was no sale person there, and the guy that was there apparently couldn't order one for us, you've got to be kidding me lol were just throwing money at them and they couldn't do anything, yet again we were told someone would reach out to us, nope never heard back from them, And that was the last straw I ended up going to FW Webb that same day and ordered a nice free standing tub. If you're like me and building a home and looking to get what you want and everything done, don't go here. I'm not sure if they didn't take us serious since we're young, or they're just have bad sales and marketing skills.
