Captree Fishing Pier reviews
7If your even a notice fisherman/woman don't waste your time at all here. Here is good just to show. Way too many people, boats, jetskis. Too much traffic for fish to even want to stay. Leave this place alone not worth at all for fishing.
Impossible 2 cast boats pass by every 5 minutes the current very strong and small fishes nothing big blowfish and sea robins
Came here for crabbing on full moon night. The night view is incredibly beautiful. The downside is that the street lights are all off.
It's a lovely state park with two fishing piers. This is a great place to BBQ in the summer since you are near the water and can fish as well. Be sure to have a saltwater fishing license as the park police do occasionally check. Bathrooms available and the condition is ok.old but usable and in fair condition.
If you want to go out fishing this is the place to go they have many boats many captains all really excellent people I know them for years and years and years and it’s just an easy place to go fission any kind of fish that you want to go fission for and set yourself up and have a great time you can go full days and get big fish so it’s a great day. Great place to catch seaweed and.that's about it. I've never seen anyone catch a fish here or heard anyone tell a story about how they caught a fish here. So if you think you're bringing home dinner, it's not going to be fish. You're better off going crabbing here than anything. It costs money to get in, but I always go at 4pm when there is no charge on weekdays. Otherwise, it's a nice beach. Just know you will only catch seaweed.
A lot of people.
Also I recommend state police to come here daily to investigate illegal crab fishing.
