Would give Zero Stars if I could. Terrible Service and Dishonest Staff. I swore off buying from Carbone years ago, but my son (first time car buyer) had his heart set on a used vehicle located at Carbone Honda. We first dealt with Maria Cruz who was super nice, until the papers were signed, then she didn't have much time to spare for us and our questions. She predated the contracts with 8.31.2020 so that she got credit for the prior month, even though we signed in September. At the Mercy of Quotas and bonus I suppose. A few months later we circled back when the DMV advised us that the car was unregistered, after 2 calls, the paperwork for registration was found in the bottom of Maria's desk drawer, Whoops. We initially declined warranty, but before signing final paperwork we asked if we could change our minds, because someone needed the sale to go through quickly and was not interested in redoing the paperwork, Maria stated you really don't need it since you are putting half down and only a short pay off period. I should have pushed back, my fault for letting her rush us out, I take accountability when I should. Lastly, after 4 months of ownership the car has had ball bearing issues, gas tank issues and now needs a new engine. (Yes, timely oil change was confirmed by the dealership) So 4 payments into my sons first car, proud of himself for saving enough and paying for it on is own, the car is useless and he is left with a loan and a sorry for your luck from Carbone Honda. The general manager, Alen, would not return my call, instead had the service manager break the "sorry we cant do anything" news to us. Never, Ever Ever again Carbone. The Carbone Family should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with anything this dealership does. If Maria received some kind of bonus for shoving the last sale into August of 2020, It should be paid back. Terrible Business!

Friday I called to bring my Acura in for an A1 servicing and an inspection, in the process of scheduling my appointment I was told that due to Acura being apart of Honda, my car was eligible for a free New York State inspection. (Great! Or so I thought) when I brought my vehicle in today for my appointment, in the process of going over the fees with service clerk Nicole Guido, I was told that my car was NOT eligible. I explained to her my confusion as I was told over the phone that my Acura was eligible and as I’m talking Nicole constantly kept cutting me off, not letting me get a word in, throwing in sarcastic remarks about “you know your car is an Acura not a Honda right” “we only sell Honda’s here” “ welp you’re not getting it for free. ” How do you only sell Honda’s here when 1) there’s a BMW in the lot for sale, 2) I BOUGHT my Acura from here? She continued to verbally assault me, degrading my intelligence in the process until I was able to quickly ask for a managers name as I would like to speak to one when I came to pick my vehicle up as I had somewhere to be shortly in the short pauses she would take before berating me again. She completely disregarded what I said and yelled for the manager Jim to come over and began loudly telling him what my concerns were for anyone and everyone to hear stating basically “she wants a free inspection and she can’t get one. ” Once again, I tried to explain that when I scheduled my appointment I was told over the phone that I was eligible for the free inspection. Nicole Guido then quickly combatted that by saying “well it was probably that girl over there (she motioned over towards another female sitting at the nearby desk answering the telephone calls) and she’s new so she told you the wrong thing. As I turn towards JIM the manager for help, in the process of me trying to talk to him, he states that there’s nothing he can do since I have an Acura not a Honda and that I “should know that because they have signs up everywhere. ” (Should I know that or should your employees know that before telling a customer they are eligible for it? !) He then completely walks away from me meanwhile mumbling something. At this point, I had no choice but to tell him how rude and unprofessional he was acting when I, a paying customer is trying to converse with him but I’m only able to talk to his BACK since he was ignoring me and trying to get back to chit- chatting with the other workers. Feeling defeated, I left with my dignity in shambles as I was publicly berated and humiliated. (Please read the rest of my review on their Facebook page)

Very disappointed with today’s service not sure if employees changed or what because a year ago I gave this location 5 stars.
1. Whoever answered the phone in service made it seem like I inconvenienced her by calling.
2. Apparently everyone goes to lunch at the same time so if you call during that time even if it’s to ask if your car is safe to drive forget it.
3. Left my information for someone to call me back and no one took time to call me back.
I will never call this location for help again or have my vehicle serviced there, I’ll be keeping my business with the mom and pop shops where they actually care.

The worthiest service I have ever had. First of all for diagnostic of my vehicle that I have paid about 100$ I didn't get the answer from service advisor Art Farley. He just told me that car has 3 faults after diagnostic. Then when I asked about what kind of mistakes? He told me that he don't remember and it is hard to him to explain. So if I come to the doctor and he will tell me that i have a disease on my question what is it, he will tell me it is hard to explain. Is it normal? The i found the mechanic guy broke the plastic in the place where he connected to the computer and didn't inform about that. So don't go to this dealer never ever! My second car is Nissan and I was very satisfied of his dealer never had there any disrespect to costumer or had bad service. But the Honda dealer is the worthiest dealer in the Carbone group

Dylan is the man. I talked to car sales reps for three days and he was the most patient, least pushy, most accommodating one I worked with. He made me feel right at home and was very honest and sensible. Could not be more happy in a car buying experience.

Edward Nunez, our sales rep, was a perfect match for my husband and I. He not only listened, but heard what we requested in purchasing another vehicle for me. He worked diligently to find what I needed. Edward has a warm and friendly personality and great smile to match. Great service, great price. I love my Honda CRV! I'll make sure to refer my friends to Carbone Honda of Yorkville.

I don't know why there is 5 stars, I ask why when you take your cr v in for regular service it cost $364. So much for 3 year 36 thousand mile warranty. Car had 11 thousand miles on it. Other dealer ships include free oil changes and tire rotation. Now I have 18000 on it and the tires are shot. Why should I put new tires on when its a lease car? Service man told me they put the cheepest tires on the cars.
One more yr on my lease. Guess I will look elsewhere next time.

I was told the appointment would take one hour and a half and it took one hour and 27 minutes! The Honda Service dept is a professional operation. They do a great job and they are super nice people. Doesn't get any better.

Don't do business with these people, they are dishonest and rude. If it's 4: 30 they hang up in the middle of a conversation. They don't pay there bills and are very rude.

I am very happy with my service at Carbone. I had to get a tire change and front end alignment. Bob, my service technician went above and beyond. He was also very communicative to let me know how things were moving along. I will definitely be coming back to Carbone for any service and maintenance needs for my Honda Fit.

Robert L. Thompson give him a call before walking into the dealership, he'll make an appointment with you that goes around your schedule, very knowledgeable on every vehicle, not pushy in anyway, and truly helps you with every detail from start to finish.

Aldin, our salesman, was exceptional in guiding us through the purchase experience. He made sure that our needs were met. We are very happy with our new CRV. He have now owned a Civic, Accord and CRV. They are great vehicles.

The friendliest and most helpful service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Art and his team rescued our vacation. We were stuck on the road on our way to Niagara Falls. They took care of us right away and made sure we could complete our drive. If only we lived in Utica, this would be our #1 choice for Auto service.
