Card and Gift Shoppe/ 50% off Card Store, Oceanside NY

I live nearby this shop and even though it is a very nice looking store to shop at i wish they had more supplies. Every single time I go there to get balloons they never have the kinds I ask for. Like literally i have to make my choice for 3 rounds before they can tell me it is in stock! And since sometimes I am in a rush i have to get whatever they have, not whatever I like. The owner has to take care of this issue asap before they lose customers.

Visited on June 9th bought the cards I needed headed to register to pay, the young lady who rang me up was pleasant but when I had to pay by cash I gave the lady my money and she rudely put the receipt and mychange on the counter for me to pick it up, I was apauled because that's terrible customer service.
May needs more customer service skills.
Don't think I'll shop there again.

Stopped by for some cards/balloons/assorted items yesterday. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. The store had a great selection. Highly recommend!

The shop is nice. However, when I walked in, aside from the off putting greeting, the young lady decided to “organize” in the vicinity of where I was searching for a card. Even though there had been another woman in the store before me whom she didn’t find the need to do that for. It felt prejudice and unfriendly. I won’t be going back.
