Don’t bring your leather goods here if it’s anything beyond replacing a heel cap I brought in two pairs of boots and my vintage tom ford era gucci bag.the boots needed the heel caps replaced and to be polished and he did fine on that although they barely looked polished when i returned. The bags handle had split and i needed it glued back together.detailed work that i thought i should leave to a professional.however when i returned to pick it up the handle looked worse than when i dropped it off! The leather was glued down all wrinkled, and about 3/4 of the handle was still split! I asked him to undo it for me so i could try and fix it myself and he said he didn’t even have what he needed to undo his shoddy work.the bag was not fixed and he still charged me the full price.i never leave reviews but i am today to warn u to not bring your cherished leather goods to this establishment <3 the attached photos are after the “repair” had been done… pls sir the seam allowance is not even turned in.peace
