When you have appointments you will not be called on your actual appointment time
May be you need extra 1 to 2 hours. I don’t know why?
Bad services. Sometimes you are stuck like me

I am feeling some chest pain so my physician conducted EKG test which was normal but still he advised me to see a Cardiologist. I got an appointment from Dr. Walia’s office so I am sharing my experience with Dr. Walia and her team.
They conducted EKG, Echocardiogram and Exercise Cardiac stress tests on 7/8 and 7/19. I was surprised to know that they take 3 -5 days to discuss the report with heart patient. In my case even that didn’t happen. I had to beg and shout for the report.
Another surprise I got when instead of Doctor, Nurse P, Joanne shared the report with me and promised to Send a copy immediately so that I can seek some second opinion. Dr. Walia didn’t bother to talk to me in spite of my request to talk to her. For last 3 days I am calling Dr. Walia’s office regularly to get the report but they don’t care and don’t have time to talk to me. Their priority is the new patient. Can someone suggest next step I can take to get the report?

I went to the office for my appointment. For someone reason Dr. Walia didn’t show up. Then the ladies at the office kept saying my appointment is next week even though they called me to two ago to confirm my appointment. I would not suggest anyone to go there. The two ladies were so rude. Had a worse experience.

I have spent more that 3 hour in this clinical office for nothing. Most of that time I was just waiting. And on end of everything they said I need to carry one small device for two days. I said ok.then They tried to urge me to put my signature on a paper which was saying in case of this small device will not work in returning then I have to pay $6k. Wow. I asked them to show me some invoice where it will show this device really cost $6k, and of course they got crazy, nervous and neither showed me such prove. Then I google it and saw that device cost $100 on ebay. And on end of everything they didn't even let me know result of exam and they even never send it to my address. 2 months passed since that time and we have tried to contact them via phone to know so what is final result, but still no respond. No I see from my insurance bill that they have runned my health insurance company for about $3000. For nothing. I am going to call to my insurance company and complain it.
