It takes places like Cardona to make an area/neighborhood special. This is a gem. Buy some speciality items, take something to go, and while you are at it try one of their lunches. They have seating.

Easily one of the finest Italian/butcher shops in Upstate New York. Order a sub and taste how fresh there food is especially for the prices. Cowboy Wayne is my favorite. I bet this sounds like a ad but you have to try there food. Very friendly staff but I always recommend ordering ahead of time or be confronted with a very busy afternoon/ evening!

This is some really good Italian food, whether you buy it fresh frozen hot cold it really doesn't matter. It is just all some really good food. I grew up in the Bronx, near Arthur Avenue and Morris Park Avenue, and this can live up to the hype.

I ordered a tuna sub and it was horrible. The bread was hard and the tuna didn't have any mayo mixed in it! I called the store about it and the guy that answered couldn't care less. Basically he told me sometimes it has mayo and sometimes it doesn't, it depends who makes it. Really! That was the most ridiculous response to give a customer. Poor customer service for sure. I won't go back after this.

This is a fantastic place where all the personnel is nice and patient! The food is fantastic, we had pasta, chili, several types of sandwiches and they ALL tasted fantastic! You can see that they are taking care of how they make their food! A little bit of onion, a special type of mustard, a bit of time in the oven to warm it up. Small attentions that makes the food taste like home made and delicious!

Food was outstanding as always. Service was very rude. They gave away our food and then told us too bad for the bread that is supposed to come with our meal because they were busy and out.too bad.

Great little market. Excellent cheese selection. The prepared foods are a great way of grabbing a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. Hidden way in the back is an old fashioned butcher shop where they will hand cut any of their meat or chicken on the spot. Also top quality cold cuts.

The broccoli rhabe was extremely salty. Which was ashame because the greens were otherwise cooked perfectly.
