Hard to get ay type of results as far as being connected to the right people, some staff are terrible with nasty attitudes, extremely difficult to get answers to simple questions, they barely pick up the phone and wen they do you get the call center who have you on hold forever, incompetent when it comes to them working with your insurance company and getting things approved, the only saving grace for me is the awesome doctor I see which is not even my primary but I wish she was. My primary is not ideal.

This is by far the worst drs office I’ve ever been to every time I went there my scripts would never get sent to the pharmacy and I would call the office and nobody could ever help with anything and I left the office and they wouldn’t write my scripts for a month so I could find a new provider I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and it is so dirty everywhere in the office

I always have a great experience when I have to call the office for any reason. Once again today Chrystal was a fantastic help. Not only did she pick up right away, she was extremely patient and helpful. For some reason I couldn’t hear her and she was so wonderful while she had to repeat everything she told me. I love urban family medicine

I was seeing yesterday by a very professional person I believe her name is Michelle and in the whole time I've been a patient she finally looked inside of my ears no one has ever done that she was very professional very concerning she explained everything to me and I felt good with her I would like her to be my caregiver from now on please the person that took care of me on August 1st at 3: 00 was my appointment I would like her to be my caregiver for now on thank you I appreciate you I really do

Great dictors, great place to go, i would recomend any of my friends to go visit urban family practice, been there for 2 years and the doctors there have never failed me, just an over all great place, my only thing is i wish i could see my regular doctor all time.

Went to the Urban Family Practice on 1315 Jefferson Ave, 14208. Every person I interacted with was kind, friendly and compassionate.

I don't have anything to say bad security was even nice and I'm always going to have great things to say about Dr Casey she's the best give her a raise I'm sure she deserve it and want it

Really thankful to have been seen and helped here our health family crisis is far less stressful with the help of this team of caregivers. So taking care of our loved one as a family is far easier and gives us hope to a more settled future as a family. I highly recommend reaching out to this facility.

The Urban Family Practice has been a great experience and benefit for our community. The staff is very helpful, pleasant and wonderful. Here at this location they are always knowledgeable with any questions that you need answers for. Dr. Perry has always been a very passionate person when it comes to her job and patients. My mother and I have been her patients for years. I moved away for 8 years but the I came back to Buffalo and it was know problem to have Dr. Perry as my doctor again. I thank the staff for all you do, God Bess you all.

I’ve always felt comfort there because I was born and lived in the are for over 50 years, while thing’s change in the area, somethings remain the same, like the professionalism at Urban Family Practice. It’s most comforting seeing black people like myself surrounding me, it’s a feeling of home even without knowing anyone outside the clinic.

All staff are very wonderful and friendly and the place is very clean it a pleasure coming there.keep up the good work

I was seen by NP Aaron. He was very welcoming and showed compassion, made me feel like he really cared about taking care of my issues.

I love Dr Peery she takes time to listen to you when she send meds you get them she's very professional that's why I don't want to say no other doctor I've been with her for over 20 years I come from Sheenan hospital and she very clean the staff is always nice and welcome you and they help you with all type of information the facility is very comfortable I like it I do not like Niagara Street that's just my opinion ️

Staff was friendly, and patient. Was not waiting too long to be seen from my original check in time. They have an automated check in service which I found really convenient.
