Thank you Caribbean Pools for building our dream pool. Our yard is a very hard area to access for building a pool but Caribbean did it and it was a great job. Very happy with the outcome. Would recommend Caribbean to anyone who would ask about having a pool installed. Again thank you.

This place is a rip off. I literally scheduled an appointment for a pressure test and they were supposed to call or ring the bell when they got here, but no one did. Then, I was told that it was $110 per hour, but that they typically spend less time which would result in less payment. They only spent 5 minutes and the bill came up to $118. I spoke to management and the issue was never resolved and there was no compensation. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

These people do not do the job! They cross thread the bolt on our filter before our Autistic 4 year olds pool party and told us they would be back out at 730 am to fix it never showed up told us they aren’t coming and we would have to pay for them to come if so. Which resulted in her party being canceled! These people are very inhumane & unprofessional! As a business owner myself I would never recommend Caribbean pools to any one!
On that note Islander pool & spas came out same day and fixed it! Anyone looking for a good company I would suggest Islander! Very professional, reliable, good character! You can trust!
Stay away from Caribbean pools!

Caribbean Pools has the best staff in the capital region. They have serviced and tested my pool water and hot tub for years. Rylee helps us as well as my parents for their pool. She is very professional and knows what she is talking about. She has always gotten us in quickly for services as well as keeps our pools crystal clear.

Rylee helped me out with my sand filter! This company is very knowledgeable and highly recommend them for all needs, especially servicing!

The service at Carribean has been wonderful! I recently replaced my liner and changed over to salt and am so pleased with both. Rylee did an amazing job of taking care of my service needs. She was professional, accommodating in every way.

Came in with a leak in my skimmer and had absolutely no idea how to fix it no thought I could use putty, but after talking to them I found out it’s actually my gasket.

I am a new pool owner as I just moved into this area to a home with an inground pool. Yesterday morning I spoke with Rylee on the phone and she instructed me to come in with a water sample. I came in with a grocery list of questions and she answered all of them in-depth with great explanation for me. She was very understanding and helped my annoying self with repetitive questions. I am very impressed with this young lady and all of her knowledge. This was by far the best local business experience I have had so far.

Caribbean Pools was great to work with! They were accommodating to our schedule and our vision of the final product we wanted and they delivered above and beyond. Having a pool installed is a big, stressful project! Dean, Lisa and Nick were amazing. They gave us great advice and responded to our (many) calls and text messages almost immediately. All of the men that worked at our house were professional and friendly. I'd like to give a special shout out to Joel who spent a lot of time teaching us how to take care of the pool - that man has an endless amount of patience! We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and love our new pool!

Our experience with Dean, Nick and the entire crew from Caribbean was such a great experience. From meeting to discuss design, to demo day to install, to closing for the season. It was a very enjoyable experience. The crew were professional, clean and very friendly. They helped us design our dream oasis in our backyard. Our family put in a pool in August of 2000. We met with Dean and Lisa who answered all the questions we had, put in a deposit and secured a date on the calendar. On the first day, we heard the trucks promptly arriving at 7 a.m. The team at Caribbean worked diligently that day from dig, to building the steel frame, to filling in with concrete. We were amazed at what they had completed in just the first day of work. The crew continued to work like a well-oil machine in consecutive build days. They were knowledgeable, hardworking and prompt during all aspects of the pool building process. In addition, Joel, a staff member, paid a visit and explained all the mechanics of running the pool to us. As new pool owners, he answered all our questions and never rushed through his explanations.  We have recommended Caribbean to all friends who are considering building an inground pool.
