The food is really Good. The spicy bake chicken is my favorite, soft and juicy. Yum yum! Good job chef!

Great food, overpriced.

From my experience, the food is great, only two things was the beans in the oxtail was hard/not cooked properly and the jerk chicken isn't worth buying because it doesn't taste like most other places.

Now to speak on the price, it's ridiculous, I've paid way less in Brooklyn and even in Midtown East for similar portions. Also, $8 for a regular sized cup of piña colada? That's kinda crazy. Needless to say, that's probably my last time there. I love supporting Black businesses, but they're charging way more than they need to. I grew up on this food my entire life and know that 70+ for two meals and a drink is just outrageous. Don't expect support from your target demographic when you sell at ridiculous prices that we know isn't right.

If this was Caribbean/Jamaican fine dining similar to Imani in Brooklyn, I could understand the prices, but it's not that, it's the same as most regular places in Brooklyn at fine dining price.

The food here was so finger licking good makes me want to travel back to NYC from Boston just to get a plate again. I know there’s many Jamaican food spots in and around the city that didn’t get to try but I gotta say this place got my taste buds hooked. They now have a special place in my cravings food life. Also the porridge? Was delicious delicious

Delicious food. As close as I've gotten to authentic and properly seasoned. You'll be very satisfied as long as you aren't expecting the real thing. Place is clean and has nice options. Staff is knowledgeable and nice. Seating is in a hut outside. Spinach rice is a must!

This eatery is well-liked in Harlem. The cuisine is standard Jamaican fare with a Caribbean flair. At the counter where the meal is served, you place your order. After placing their orders, clients can eat at tables. Due to the pandemic, there is only takeout at this moment. There is typically music playing and CNN news is broadcast on two big flat-screen televisions. They also provide beverages and desserts. The ice maker works well.

If you're working and want a quick small lunch, don't go here, they don't serve small, trying to force their customers to buy medium or large. Sorta like what McDonald's got sued for back in the day forcing double sizes on customers. Oh yeah, no oxtail gravy either!

Let me tell you why this place is a one star, please read the entire review. So I’ve been here a few good times and the food is great. The reason I am giving 1 star is due to the fact if you order online they will short your plate. It’s almost 20 a plate if you used a app to deliver and to barely have any chicken in the curry chicken or stew chicken that’s robbing people. And everyone that orders from them knows they skim food on purpose and it’s a shame. Things are already expensive as it is, so to STEAL AFTER I ALREADY PAID IS RIDICULOUS. I wish I could really do something about this.

There's no better Caribbean food in my opinion in Harlem. And coming from Brooklyn that's the only place I go to for proper Caribbean cuisine.
As a Chef I am very picky about where I eat, but I am always satisfied here. Thanks guys. Don't ever change

Love this place. Delicious. Friendly & helpful staff. But consistently out of festivals and other items such as Rasta pasta.

Oxtails was good but they didn’t serve as much as I would’ve liked the rice was hard as if it was from yesterday an the cabbage was half a spoon full this was a horrible experience probably won’t be spending 25$ on lunch there again

I just don’t get how an oxtail platter over $22 and they only giving about 6-7 oxtails, small portion of cabbage. The platter should be heavy. That’s crazy to me. First and last time. The only thing I have good to say that it was indeed good.

Most of there food is tasty, but when you order through an app, their service is horrible. For $16 plus Uber fees they sent me 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken. One piece was a piece of back and one was the tip of the leg. They also do not follow the notes. When you said no gravy, they send you a bowl of slop. What is so hard to pick the 4 pieces of chicken without the gravy. Good food, but horrible and small serving. I circled the tip of the leg. That should not be served. Keep in mind I called and ask for no to little gravy.
