I asked for tap water and was told they only serve bottled water.i told them it’s illegal to deny guests tap water, they then brought me tap water.none of the plates were ever bussed, my waitress never came for refills or checked on us after our meal arrived.i wanted to order a beer but because my waitress never came back that didn’t happen.i ordered mofongo, it was dry af.i asked for the bill which i had to get up off my table and look for my waitress to do.when she finally showed up to my table with the bill she stood over me as i signed and calculated her tip.really one of the worst dining experiences of my life

This restaurant has delicious food. I mean everything is good. The employees there are very attentive, and everything is very clean.

Horrible customer service. Need to develop a protocol on customer service. Will not shop at this location again. Yong lady behind the counter was very rude 3/14/2021 @ 6: 30 pm.

I ordered the chicharron de pollo sin hueso mofongo and they gave me only 3 pieces of chicken. Terrible and I ordered chinola con leche and the taste was nasty will never order from here again.

Food is ok, not great, but prices are too much. Dont use online menu. Waiting for manager to complain, never get call back. One and only time will $68 for two mofongos with churrasco!

I prefer this place very much. It has a special feeling. The meals are wonderful.the service is effective and the stuff is polite. The pay is honest.deeply recommend.

They will always get your coffee order wrong. Or the coffee might be burnt but the rest is good.

The prices are too high. I'm confused I sent my mother there one night they charged her a higher price then they did me the week b4 for the same stuff. Did you take advantage of her cause shes white?

Food is very good & tasty. Plus the portions are big n worth your money. I had left overs for the next day n. It was still tasting just like i ordered it n. One more thing im a chef myslf been cooking. Over 25 year's now & they definitely. Have a good menu n like i said b4. The portions are awesome & good job Caridad &. Who ever came up w/that menu & to the cooks also.

Bad service. Even if you are Hispanic like them they don't give you good service when dining in. One of the servers even gave us attitude when bringing our food and asked for water.

This place is only good if you have to take out quick food.

I order and they took a hour and 10 min to deliver got my phone number and address wrong and the food was cold. Food would of been good if it came hot.wasted money

Poor customer service. The waitress came once and never again. They huddle up to gossip and forget the customers. Never come here.

This is my spot where i get my chicharo de pollos with tostones. The foods is delicious. The service is good. They give you good service to the customer. I been coming to this place almost 14 years and i don't have no complaints.

Food was great, but the sit down service was really slow. They had a few waitresses working but only one actually taking care of the sit down guests. No complaints on the food, served hot and fast.

I ordered food from E 24 and waited almost 3 hours for my food and when the delivery guy finally got here he refused to bring the food upstairs I really love the food from here but I will never order from here ever again Kingsbridge here I come.bad customer service

Food is great but the lady taking delivery is something else! She literally has a attitude, like lady why work there if you treat it like it’s your worst nightmare SMH! I called was placed on hold, hunged up and dead ignored SMH sad that individuals like this can downgrade a nice place.

Finally I can make online orders. Amazing! That made me happy, no waiting on hold, I use to call for delivery and wait my order for a long time. The deliveries are FASTER than ever. Gtrat!

Love the food, not a fan of the blasting music, makes it hard for the server and the customer to hear and if it gets crowded the servers are not great at seeing who came first. Wish I can order online for delivery but all I get is a different location.

I been coming to this Caridad restaurant for the past 3 to 4 years and the food is great, is a good place for the family and all the workers including the owners are very nice.

The food was great! The staff is very nice and energetic. They have a machine that you can put s dollar in and pick the music you want to listen too. You can either buy food a la carta or choose from what they already have cooked up. Their natural juices are amazing and I recommend the passion fruit juice. I will definitely recommend this please to anyone!
