2Yesterday Sunday I went to eat with my husband and my aunt, the girl who attended us is quite odious and very unprepared to offer good customer service, there were no napkins on the table and when we asked she took only three napkins for three people who We had at the table, at the time of her serving the food she shot the food over the table and she didn’t even put his plate to everyone. After years visiting this place to eat with these new girls I think I will not return to the place. Very bad experience.
I just came home from there and it was the worst experience I have ever had there. First off my food and my friends food came out COLD we had to send it back to get reheated. An order of sweet plantains came out cold and UNFRESH. My friend requested it to be taken back. As well as when we paid the tip was included on the total. Without warning (it only was 3 Of us) on top of that they have a “service charge” that is not explained to you when you use a card. I highly do not recommend coming here cause I asked the person about these fees she came out very nasty her name was coral. Told me I should watch my tone and I don’t know about these fees it ain’t my problem. She did not even try to explain to me anything
