Caring Professionals inc reviews
7Coordinator Lucy never answers the phone, there is always an issue trying to contact this agency never again.
My cordinator Edwin German is hanging the phone up on me threatening me n being very rude in it’s making me really wanna set him straight I’m begging to get assign another cordinator in the supervisors refused until
Something bad happens to me or him he’s very disrespectful in gay in I don’t like it someone please help me
The best agency to use for the CDPAS program. Staff is very friendly and professional. They answer messages quickly and always help solve whatever problem there might be. I wouldn't suggest any other agency.
I’ve had great experiences working as a home health aide for a family friend through Caring Professionals. It’s easy to reach costumer service and other department’s by phone or through the care app. Fernando Contreras has been very helpful and is always willing to answer any questions I have.
Smarlin is supposed to help me get back to work after my mom MTLC was dropped. Now that is reinstated no one seems to be able to help. I’m losing money because I’m not able to work. The best option seems to me like it will be going to another agency. And I RECOMMEND this to anyone reading this.
Being with this company so far has been very good. Process was smooth and the care coordinators have been present and available. My care coordinator Fernando has been super informative and very attentive as well as helpful. He is the best!
I came to this agency because of how wonderful they made everything seem. I got my first shift and let me tell you how I walked in knowing nothing about the patient. They had supplied nothing to help me assist the patient. No gloves, no wipes. I came home from that shift with my back in so much pain. I would never do that again. Smh I will just stick to my regular CNA job
