They threaten me for a 1 star review. Say they're going to take "legal actions against me". 4 yeas ago I went there. The front desk lady kept telling me to sign a lot of paper works about agreeing to sell them my car before they even took a look of my car. That's not a proper procedure of trading. They email me that I have no right to comment on the behaviors and procedures on the company and he will forward my entire file to counsel for me leaving a 1 star review. Don't give the any of your information and sign any documents. They will use what you give them to against you.

The owner is a TERRIBLE person. He scammed me by hiding the contract and only giving me the receipt. There was a 3k difference in the price. I found this out when I decided to pay the car in full a month later. To my surprise the financial institute told me the price which didn’t match the price me and the owner agreed on when he handed me the receipt. I never saw the contract nor did I sign it. This terrible man deserves to get shut down. I wish I recorded the conversation with this disgusting liar. He even knew I struggled financially and STILL had the AUDACITY to rob me!

These people are liars and scammers I wouldn't trust them with anything. My grandma had the worst experience possible with them. 5 stars so it's seen! I wouldn't trust them at all.

I had sold a vehicle to CarNation back in September of 2021. The experience was satisfactory and I felt comfortable selling them another vehicle. On June 13,2022 I had spoken to Joe at which time I accurately described my vehicle and he gave me a preliminary buyout number subject to a successful Zoom Meeting/Inspection scheduled for the morning of June 14,2022.

The Zoom Meeting/Inspection took place at which time all angles of the interior and exterior were examined by Joe who is a principal of the company. The graphics of the vehicle were clearly visible during the inspection and reconfirmed the model of the vehicle that I had described to Joe upon our first meeting. After the inspection, Joe had confirmed that he would pay the preliminary price that he had offered during our initial phone conversation. He had stated that I would receive the paperwork within a few hours.

Unfortunately things deteriorated from there. I was contacted by Austin from CarNation who asked for copies of my driver's license as well as the VIN number of the vehicle. Austin then stated that the paperwork would be forwarded to me within a couple of hours. 24 hours had elapsed and I still had not received any paperwork. I placed a call into CarNation to inquire as to the reason for the delay. I again spoke to Austin and he stated that I would receive the paperwork within the next hour.

The paperwork never arrived and Austin and CarNation began ghosting me and ignoring my inquiries. A few hours later, Joe called me and stated that the vehicle he quoted a buyout price on was a different model than the actual vehicle that I own. This is an unacceptable response as he could clearly see the graphics describing the exact model of the vehicle. No apologies were offered and Joe stated that he was still willing to buy the vehicle at a 25 percent reduction from his original offer.

My recommendation is to avoid what appears to be an unethical and disingenuous company. Take any offer to purchase with a complete grain of salt.

The whole process was smooth and easy. After a small error on the offer (deduction for color listed incorrectly) the agent quickly adjusted the offer, and we were off and running. Handing off my sweet little car was traumatic, but the representative was extremely efficient and sympathetic!

I would definitely recommend this course (mpany. I was going to sell my car to another company but it was going to take at least a week and thejoking k k payment was after the car was taken. CarNation came exactly when they said and gave me a check immedia2tely. Plus they had already look 2 (ed at my car on Zoom. Other companies I tried offered money but amount could change since they had not seen my car. This transaction was easy anlod heh9postress free.

I normally don't write many reviews but my experience with CarNation autobuyers was so amazing I just had to share! I got in touch with Joe at CarNation on Monday late morning 11/29/21. He gave me the best price, higher then carvana and others, so I agreed to make the deal. An hour or so later I receive an email with the contract to sign.maybe and hour or two after that I get confirmation of the payoff Check being fedex'd to the bank and copies of both checks for me and the bank! Later that day Joe texts me to schedule pickup. Around 3pm the very next day CarNation autobuyers picked up the car from my home with check in hand! Simply amazing! Barely 24hrs for the whole deal to be complete! It has never been so easy and stress free selling a car and I will definitely be doing more business with CarNation Autobuyers.

We are a Car Carrier company. Went to pick up a Vehicle from this location and a Gentleman named Joe was a rude and nasty person. We had proper paperwork and all, however that was not enough for him, he also locked the front door on us. He went on our trailer and pulled to vehicle from our trailer. Customer was very upset and so were we, very bad for business. We will never come to pick up a vehicle from this location!
