Coming to this car lot was the best decision I've ever made. Out of all the experiences I've had with dealerships this one was the best. Chasity was amazing from the time I walked into the building. Her customer service skill was outstanding! Our conversations were like we've known each other for years. The way she built my trust was impeccable. I knew I was in great hands! I had a repo holding me up she was able to get in contact with the needed people and got it removed. It was already settled just was sitting on my report. When I say amazing, I mean exactly that! Josh was amazing as well helped me get the best rates for me and made sure I understood every little detail of the paperwork and process. This entire team here was phenomenal. Drove all the way from Long Island to go and buy a 2011 maxima that in the photos was black that looked like was in great shape from the picture and when I get there it’s missing a mirror it’s dark gray has add ons that aren’t in the pictures the sunroof isn’t closed all the way so there is definitely I blame myself I read older reviews that were then responded to as false by the company itself I can see were true I wouldn’t suggest doing business with them should be reported to better business Bureau

Everything went smooth I can’t complain, Chastity and Josh walked me through step by step to make sure everything was understood, would definitely recommend!
